The app is not functional - can’t add vehicles
The app does not work on iPhone 12 and 13. The UX needs improvement overall. You can’t add new vehicles to the app because the “save” button is inactive, which defeats its purpose. We used to book their services but now we can’t. The developers need to sort out this incompatibility issue with the different browsers and versions of Safari ASAP.

Terrible UX
App has no back buttons so keep having to restart app. Nowhere to add my full address abs unit number. Not a great app experience at all. Car wash service is good when you can find a washer at a convenient time to you.

This is such an awesome app. So convenient to be able to schedule a car wash at any location. Cherry has washed my car twice, and I have never had such a clean car before. Highly recommend this device!
