I noticed a change of address for the service several weeks ago. Since then, it seems that the AQ readings are not available quite often. It would be nice to have a more dependable service.
Does that work well on Apple iPhones?
You can download the app, however, you can only see the information once or twice before you have to delete the app and reinstall it in order to use the app. I’ve had several iPhones over the years and this problem is never been fixed.
Useful information
It would be nice if I could view burn status for adjacent counties at same time - like you do on your web site. I don’t need to see RAAN at same time - just burn status. Thanks

Add the forecast to the app
A nice feature to add to the app would e to put the forecast on the page. That way it’s more of a one stop shop to see what tomorrow (or today) might bring. Or maybe a link to the forecast page

I’ve been reading the emails for burn days for years! This is sooo much better
How well it works
So very handy tool to have. Information is contained in the app is good. The problem is trying to open the app. Half of the time or less the app just opens to a white screen and never materializes as the app that you need to look at. There’s no data… it just stays white. I’ve had to delete the app and add it back once or twice. Hopefully you can work on that to make it more efficient. Thank you

Why haven’t there been readings for some time?
You have one job to post these readings yet it seems it’s been well over a week and I’m told that readings are not available every time I go to your site. Please explain. So I guess you get zero stars.

Keeps crashing, hasn’t been updated in like forever...even just saw a tv ad touting its services including do not burn status...this is worthless!!!

Sadly, does not seem to work. Better to use their website or EPA’s AirNow site.

This app just hangs and doesn't do a thing. Won't even let me to register my address. Ever since I downloaded it it just says it's gathering data. Don't even bother to download it.

App doesn’t show air quality ratings anymore. I’ve tried in multiple cities in the valley, both on cell service & WiFi. Nothing. The weather app Wunderground gives a little bit of air quality information, I would suggest people download that over this app.
Free app did not work every time
I tried it for 30 days and it worked correctly for few days. I liked it when it gave correct info. But when I became dependent on its info it quit providing the info. It does not state if the service is free. I thought if the app is free then service is free. It need to let consumers know if the service is going to be free or not.

Worthless
For weeks now, in the middle of fire season it’s only shown that San Joaquin Valley air quality is a relatively decent ‘2.’ Meanwhile if you ask Siri it’ll tell you in no uncertain terms that the air quality is unsafe. This app shouldn’t have been released until it’s able to do its job.
