Rarely Works
Just like their ATMs Valley Banks fails to provide any type of usefulness compared to other much superior banks. It’s like they forget this app exists. It’ll work for 2 months then stop working for another 8. Ridiculous
Figure it out
Apps pretty nice when it works which is about 20% of the time.
Not ready for prime time
Amateurish. For real. New update, so now you have to wait “2 minutes” for a code to come to your phone, but in reality, it never comes.
Won’t let me log in
This app has days where it lets me log in, and other days where it does not, and it’s been doing it for about a week now, and I do recommend updating it.
Update
Please don’t tell me I need to update,
give me an option to update an older version, then not make that available.
Some of us have perfectly fine phones that we have taken care of but that now do not support updates above 12.5. So much for taking care of our things. I will find a bank that allows for that.
