Inconvenient
Too difficult to use compared to big bank apps. Devices never remember my password, security code is often slow, and had to be memorized before re-typing. Other banking apps place the code in the field for you.
Terrible
While I’m very thankful that my small bank has a mobile app, it is also unbelievably frustrating at times. There are so many instances where I open the app and login only to get a “session expired, please log in again” message. The credit union app also stalls out when trying to send an e-transfer and if you double click on the withdrawing account tab - the transfer won’t go through, forcing you to start over. I’m also not able to open the e-transfers I receive through the app anymore. Instead, I have to follow the link to the Credit Union website. Basically this app allows me to view my balance and that’s it.

The security verification should not exist with a trusted device. And need more options. Like print. Void checks for. Auto withdraw and deposits

Not compatible with Apple Pay?
In 2020... you would think Credit Union would figure out how to work with Apple Pay... get on it please!!
VERY glitchy
Love the bank, highly dislike the app. Only works 50% of the time. Not exactly convenient for online banking. Needs major fixing.
Won't open
App times out often while trying to open. Have had to delete & reinstall several times. Very frustrating. Even hen it works, will take 1-2 minutes of "spinning" before opening
