Fast delivery, great service
We ordered for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. Way better than the big name competing delivery service. Came within a half hour of being ordered and the service was great. I had an issue with my apartment buzzer and my help message was dealt with very promptly! Definitely will be ordering again!

Robbery
Would love to see what the asinine service fees are supporting because they seem pretty extra. My fave restaurant recently moved to Petawawa and they’re only available on this app for delivery otherwise I wouldn’t use this app at all. The Valley Eats fees and driver trip pushed the total to almost double the cost of my meal order. A service fee of $4 on every time order seems quite excessive.

The app is absolutely horrible. It won’t let me add multiple addresses and it can’t even locate my address nothing works on it which is sad to see as it’s a great service for small towns

Fast professional service
Love this app that offers a great variety of restaurants, and easy to navigate. Drivers are always professional and courteous. I’ve only ever had one delivery issue (was the restaurant’s error though and no reflection of the app) but it was quickly rectified with a personal call and a credit applied. Great app to have!! Five star rating for sure.

All the drivers who have delivered food orders to me have been pleasant and courteous. A pleasure interacting with each one even if just momentarily. All have been polite and dressed appropriately. Appreciate they are wearing a mask.
