Can’t sign in
It logged me out and unable to sign back in. It also won’t send an email to reset the pass.
How many times do I have to update this up?
It feels like every 2 weeks I arrive to the gym and open the app it won’t let me scan myself in without updating the App. Kind of ridiculous how often updates are required.

Valley Fitness
Would not recommend this place. I called to tell them I needed to quit my membership and they failed to inform me that I had to do so in person. So I ended up having to pay almost $300 after I thought I had quit. From what I understand this is how a lot of gyms operate. Not good business practice as now I will never ever go back there. Otherwise who knows? I might have.

Log in finally works!
The log in finally works, it seems they fixed maybe the log in servers, but I’m not sure everyone has this change, thank you for fixing it!
Not letting me sign in!!!
It’s frustrating it’s never letting me sign back in no matter what I do! Reset password, uninstall app and reinstall please fix this
Not signing me in
I have used this app before and it was working perfectly. However, I left this gym for a CrossFit gym until it closed. Now I am back because this gym is good,but I am having trouble signing in with the app. I know my Gmail is correct and I reset my password,but not working. Also, the reset password/resend invite button does not work at all. Not sure if my Gmail is not active with the app but not sure.

Can’t log in
Just as all the other reviews say, it’s impossible to log into the app. Every time I log in it sends me back to the log in page. I know my information is correct because I can log into the web browser. Yet, this isn’t helpful because I can’t download the QR code I need to check in. Clearly this has been an issue for a while now and it seems no one is trying to fix. There’s no point in continuing this service if so many members can’t even use it. Especially if this issue still hasn’t been fixed after months of complaints. All this app needs are some bug fixes, so I need y’all get to work on that ASAP!

I can’t log in, app automatically crashes when I submit my info.
App not working
This app asks me to log in and when i do it sends me back to the log in page. Ive changed my password still same issue ive even deleted the app and redownloaded and still nothing. Please help

Unable to log in for several months. I’ve double checked my info with the desk to no avail. I’m required to submit my phone number while others wait ☹️ Apparently, they’re working on it 🤷🏾♂️. I’m not holding my breath …
Can’t log in
Just became a member to this gym and was told to download this app, when I put my info in it acts like it’s working just to take me back to the sign in screen.
Does not work
The app doesn’t let me log in after several attempts at resetting the password so idk doesn’t seem like I am the only one with the problem
Reset password link not working
I’ve had trouble logging in since the beginning of August and still do. Nothing has really been done about it. Anytime I go I have to tell them my phone number to get in. The downside of doing this is that sometimes there’s a line and staff makes you wait. I’ve talked to one of the managers there about this and she told me that they are working on resolving the issue however, this issue has been going on for months so doesn’t really seem like anybody’s doing anything about it unfortunately.

The App Won’t Send Me a reset link
My email works because the gym sends me subscribed updates but when I tried to reset my password on the app, it wouldn’t send me a link more than once. I’ve tried two different emails and the app wasn’t able to send me a link. Hopefully it’s fixed in the near future! Thank you!
Farewell
Can’t log in. Tried resetting my password several times since I joined the club. I been with them for at least 3 months. I’ve been in contact as well through email but seems like this issue might be to big for them to solve. At this point don’t bother fixing it personally I’m deleting my app. The gym I go to lets me walk right in.

Can’t login
I set up my account, and the first time I tried to login my phone auto filled an old password. I tried to correct it on my second attempt, but the app told me my account was locked due to “too many login attempts.” I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the reset process. Apps are supposed to make life easier, not more complicated

Impossible to sign in
I’ve been a member of valley fitness for over a month, I know they have my email and that it works because the emailed me to take a survey, but they can’t seem to email me the link I need to get into the app. Doesn’t matter how many times I request it, it never comes
