Don’t use this company it’s a scam!!!!

They have no problem taking your money, but when you have a problem, there’s nobody that you can talk to that can fix it. Also, this company adds in so many hidden fees. I can’t even do my taxes because I can’t even get an itemized statement for the year I’ve had nothing but problems out of this company from the start, if you just wanna give away your money, this is the company for you because that’s all they do is take it your money. I am extremely disappointed and completely frustrated with the lack of help when you try to get an answer for something.

Option to disable the loud jingle sound whenever the app is opened

Whenever the app is opened, there is a welcome screen and a little music that gets played. This plays even if my phone is on silent and causes a lot of disturbance. And frankly, it’s more annoying than helpful in my opinion. It would be much appreciated to offer a simple setting to disable the welcome screen altogether. Thanks!

It's a hustle

The main problem is that it continues to logout every 2 min and we have to log in back all day long and is a hustle. We have lost sales due to that. It takes long time to log in back and continue to say that is making updates.

Poor service

I spent hours on the phone months ago because I can no longer run debit,only credit. They said c it would be fixed. Never had been, while they take in the extra fees.
