Value Plan

Plan the painting before the first stroke. Value Plan helps painters simplify a reference into value masses and prepare starting mixtures from a shared palette. SEE THE BIG SHAPES Choose a photo or use the included painting. Compare the original, simplified values, color masses and predicted mixtures. Adjust the squint, value cuts and colors per value. MAKE PAINTING DECISIONS Tap a mass to find its pile. Merge related masses within a value band, protect a useful distinction, or exclude an area from paint quantities. PREPARE YOUR PALETTE Choose from 33 paint entries. Get approximate recipes as parts and rough starting quantities for your canvas. Print an easel sheet with the reference, masses and recipes. KEEP YOUR PLANS Save named plans on your device. Export and import JSON backups to keep a separate copy. No account, advertising, subscription or tracking. Analysis works offline. Paint colors, recipes and quantities are digital estimates, not measured matches for a particular brand. Actual paints, lighting, grounds and thickness affect results. Test a small pile and adjust by eye.
