Waste of money

So I downloaded this even after reading a ton of one star reviews. I scanned about six items and it was very wrong about all of them. One of them I had in my hand and it's a 3 inch decorative vintage plate and it said it was a 10 inch plate. I had some shorts that said it was a $18 value but the brand is actually close to $100. I also did a vintage ceramic set and it didn't get anywhere near close to what it was where it said 88% certainty. I did a Google reverse image search for free and it told me exactly what the item was and what it's worth. So don't waste your money on something like this just use Google for free

Ripoff - don’t do it!

I signed up via a Facebook ad for 3 months “best value” because there was a money-back guarantee in the ad. When I used it, products were identified incorrectly & I decided I didn’t want it … when I canceled I was told their “refund policy does not allow full refunds” and as a courtesy they would give me 50%. Bad experience signing up, disappointing app, deceptive promises. canceled after 30 mins that cost me 24 dollars.

Every review is 1 star! do not buy!

I paid for 3 months. When I got the confirmation email, the link to sign in didn’t work! Bad omen.
Downloaded app and set up account but it wasn’t synced with my paid account. I scanned one item I knew the estimated price, and this app was totally off. I scanned a Tiffany silver bowl (sold on eBay and auction houses) and it estimated $600 when the market value is over $4k! My subscription says 90 scans only when I bought 3 months unlimited for $49! Cancelled subscription immediately but have no customer service to confirm. Only AI responses. This app has so many glitches and can’t value things other than common collectibles on eBay or Etsy! Very disappointing not to mention that they ask for more fees for further valuations or choices.

Hi there! Are you sure you made the purchase in our app on Apple? We don’t have any three month plans and all plans include unlimited scans. This sounds like some other company attempting to impersonate us. I would do a chargeback on your credit card and make sure all purchases go through Apple :(

Was working this morning and now it fails at everything I try to get it to scan.

NOT free

There’s nothing that says this is subscription based app before it’s downloaded! To pay $80 a year for an app that one can’t even try out is STEEP!
Have no interest in using the app for that price!!

I signed up through a link in an email. The deal I was offered was not as good as what is offered in the app. When you sign up through the link the app is unusable. You must the site through your browser. When you take a picture to scan it rarely works. You usually need to take a picture and save it first. Then you can upload it. Identification is ok but is pretty generic most of the time. Price suggestions are pretty good. It has been a disappointing experience so far.

This sounds really sketchy. We don’t do any kind of email sign up stuff. Did you make a purchase outside of the App Store? If so, we recommend you chargeback that on your credit card and only use our official app and Apple billing

Not worth the money

Don’t waste your money yet on this app. It needs another year or so of work. It doesn’t correctly identify or scan most vintage items that are not clothing and it is very cumbersome in process. Better off using Gemini or Chatgbt for now.

SUBSCRIPTION “PRO” REQUIRED TO USE APP 😡

Immediately deleted this app. What they don’t tell you is that there is NO free level functionality beyond a 3-day trial. Then they charge you. Upon first opening the app you are forced to choose a “Pro” plan. Spoiler alert: there is no non-pro plan! I’m so sick of the subscription model! I do not mind paying for an app that I will use, but I’m not going to pay for it over and over again! And Apple, please require forced subscriptions to be disclosed in the App Store, not only after download!

Did you use Apple billing in the app? We only have the one charge via Apple…. Or did you enter your credit card into some sketchy site that isn’t us?

Doesn’t work. Keeps giving error message

Signed up but when I went to list my first item it keeps giving me an error message so I just deleted the app.

Not As Time Saving as Claim

Signed up, and paid and took photo of a rare book. And wouldn’t give me value or post due to something wrong about how site was seeing my photos and then took me out and I couldn’t get back in. This is unacceptable
