So I downloaded this game and when I opened the app to play for the first time the screen was stuck on the loading screen and I tried everything to get the app to work but nothing happened so I hope you can fix what ever the glitch or bug was ..

Literally cannot play the game, have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, connected to WiFi, different WiFi connections tried, the game literally will not start.
