My experience
So far my experience has been good. I like the amount of detail involved in trying to find bandmates. Hopefully I can meet up with some interesting people and we can make something happen.

Why are messages not been able to be sent out or received cause I don’t understand what is wrong and your customer service is trash
Connection problems
Free version sends me connects from nyc when i want nj connections.
Major Bug
Won’t let me open the app unless I get the update, and then won’t update the app when I click on it either.
Unable to reply to messages
I can’t respond to any messages even after pressing on “retry” many times they still won’t send!
Bad communication, Bots ETC
My time hear has been wasted, I’ve connected with a few people nothing with serious intentions, either out of state or out of country. I have already been approached by a so-called producer and offered to buy the rights to one of my songs on one of my videos on YouTube, but in process of them sending me a contract. It sent me to a website where they were requesting me to pay $2000 for an agent.

Filled with scammers
No security to check and validate the REAL people are making accounts. (pictures with thumbs up, face verification, etc) therefore puts users at risk to be contact and solicited by scam artist.
Makes No Sense
I’m trying to start a band. Why are you 1.) Defaulting my search radius to 40Km (and also not apply miles v. Km to the setting screen) and 2.) Applying your close match metric to include folks from even further away? Again, I’m trying to start a real life, in person band, dos that make sense?
On that note, the app should default to arranging matches by distance or at least ask how to arrange matches. There should also be a better preference on taking into account genre and role matching. Why am I getting matched to people “looking for guitarist” when I’m the one also looking for a guitarist? There should be a tier list for users if main role. Like if you “also play guitar, but mainly play bass” then I shouldn’t be getting matched when I’m looking for a lead guitarist. Not helpful. Right now the app is more flash than useful. BandMix is currently more useful even with their lack of interface update and issues.

A lot of Scammers
I deleted the app after seeing so many scammers on there. I kept getting messages about Rxx headphones and how they wanted to use a song for a commercial. Yah total scam. There were about four bots that messaged me the same thing after.
7 Day Free Trial is a lie
I signed up for what I thought was 7 Day Free Trial subscription and was automatically charged 39.99 for the yearly subscription. At a time when many Americans are struggling, this is absolutely shameful Especially when the app CLEARLY STATED I was signing up for a 7 Day Free trial.

Can’t get past adding artists and genres. What a waste of money

I put age and influences and now I can’t do anything past that and it just doesn’t load and then when I restart the app it’s just a white screen that says select your genres with now options,someone please help

You Have To pay To even Have an account. You get a 7 Day free trail with scammers and expensive people and once it’s gone you either pay $40 and continue or you delete the app because you can’t use the app without paying money
App won’t even let me sign up
Was excited to try this app out. I literally just added my date of birth and then some of my influences, but the app won’t let me move past the next section. I restarted the app multiple times and still nothing. Incredible how fast I was disappointed.
its okay but its not free anymore
i havent been able to find anyone that shares my goals or genres that are my age and now i really wont, since they force a subscription to even use the app in the first place now.
Needs non swipe UI, narrower geography
Want to compare three guitarists reels side by side? Can’t. Swiped left on producers for months, but now you need one? Too bad. This desperately needs a more flexible UI approach. Also for dense areas like greater NYC, the minimum distance of 15 miles is way too big.
