Not a proper replacement for the old text base notification method

This app does not meet Apple accessibility standards, it is totally unuseable for blind users zero rating

Suggestions for improvement

This app could be more useful to me if it: Enabled multiple reminder notifications for one address
Allowed multiple properties for one user.

A good-neighbour essential

If you live in a multi-unit building, this app plus a sturdy box-cutter are all you need to recycle without stressing yourself or your neighbours. You’ll never be unpleasantly surprised by over-stuffed bins again.

Life does get better

I use to search for the collection website , input my postal code every single week, or look for the schedule that was magnetized on my door. Not anymore! The app just tells me what to do the day before. Perfect for us busy Vancouverites with 5 jobs and can’t even remember what day and time it is.

Lower taxes due to reduced service ?!?

Collecting stinking , germ-spreading food scraps and rotting vegetation ONLY EVERY 14 DAYS is not warranted … JUST IN CASE IT SNOWS UN-PREDICTEDLY .

I totally understand about the safety of the sanitation workers during our very-rare snowfalls.

However, with weather forecasting down to an hourly science, the pick ups could be cancelled ONLY FOR THE WEEK of the actual predicted snow, and not arbitrarily for a whole month of perfectly fine weather.

Like many, I am wondering how much of a discount we will receive for the year of garbage removal in our taxes

I am sooo happy to receive notification because the person that had an office biz loads the bins and we in turn have to wait. Sooo Imuch appreciate the notification

The Schedule is not correct

The app logic works completely ok but based on the PDF on the websites(which is correct), the garbage is every OTHER week but in the app it’s every week and it’s super annoying that every time I have to manually check the pdf to remember it’s garbage collection day or not.
