Registered an account through the web site but login through the app fails with an error.

It works well
I’ve been using Vandaltrack since 2012. The reviews that are one star were for the original app. This latest app is better developed. It’s quick to log a tag and easy to use. Works well.

I don’t know what the other one star reviews are doing but this app works beautifully! Example: photo a tag on the private property fence near my home. Tag gone in 2 days!! Photo a tag on the top of Aldi Store in Camberwell. Gone in 2 out 3 weeks! Map works, App works. Use it properly people!

Aside from the fact I can’t activate my account and begin fighting crime against vandalism, great app I would have said with an easy to use interface...
Needs to be updated regularly
This app needs to be updated regularly to comply with app updates that are needed with smart devices. iOS 11 has now been passed through and has been updated but this app has not been updated at all to comply with it.
The app needs to be more officiant, it should have the
sq mtrs drop box, with the severity and product class as well instead of having to go into the website to add or subtract information

Works perfectly 25% of the time
7.5/10 times you get "Error! Couldn't add your incident, try again"

Very disappointing. Registered for nothing. Can upload photos but get no further. App refers me to website and website says use App! Hopeless!
Location maps don't work
Did one report. No action from the Council, surprise surprise. 6 months later, after neighbours threatened Council they would push the abandoned unregistered car into the middle of the road, it was removed.
Tried the app again. Now it doesn't work at all. Nice idea however needs better support.

Adobe flash player required
This ap I thought was a great idea, and I was successful putting in my first report.
Now it tells me to upload photos I need adobe flash player.

ad will not allow that to be loaded on. So that's the end of that good idea.

Why only graffiti?
I can only select graffiti. There are plenty of other forms of vandalism I would like to track.
Poor results
I have submitted many incidents but it has never in my opinion been successful in having graffiti removed because graffiti still exists in locations I have reported since the start of this app. The only time graffiti is removed is due to councils usual avenue of graffiti removal. So if the app actually worked in the fight against graffiti then I would say it is the best app in the App Store, but as its concept doesn't work that is why I rate it poorly

Great idea, incompetent execution, do you people actually test these apps before wasting users time and patience?
Suggested improvements
Great idea, but it would be good if users could search for and "view only" tags that have already been reported. It would just make the app more interesting. Also would be cool to see if a tagger had been convicted or busted. One correction with your examples given. The tag is 'Swerve' not "Swebve" as you have said! Hope this app evolves

Great app easy to use, works great. Not sure about previous comment app does not use adobe flash. If your using the website via your ipad than you would.
