App completely doesn’t work... Can’t load a single page. Disappointing to even download an app this buggy onto my iphone in case it could cause software issues...
Worthless app!
I used this back in 2016 and it was great I experienced no problems and was pretty straightforward. Fast forward to 2018, the app kept crashing when I tried to enter a location in Dubai so I thought to update the app, and now I can no longer use it for services in Dubai.
This absolutely ridiculous, when I was easily able to book services before the stupid update. Doesn’t even deserve the one start to be honest, livid!!!!!!!

Unable to find any available time
For several months, the app show grey dates for all sessions. I’m trying the ones in Sydney CBD and surrounding so thought at least one would have at least one session available but not the case. Either all salons decides to pull out from Vaniday or the app is not working. Care to fix?
My credits r gone!
Hi I had credits worth 48Aed and had tried to book an appointment to use them. After selecting the salon and services I wanted, the app wouldn’t let me select a date. I tried updating the app only to get a msg every time I launch it that reads “country not available”. I live in the uae. When I try clicking app support on the AppStore it takes me to your website but nothing happens when I click the UAE flag option. I also can’t find my credit anymore since the app won’t launch. please help!

Dissatisfaction
The app used to work find before, but now it’s super buggy! So I thought it needs an update and I was right, but now the new update only caters to Singapore and Australia.. what happened to Dubai? And all the money I still have to redeem?
So many issues
I’ve had so many issues with this. They have charged me three times for one service and have rescheduled my appointment without my permission, have cancelled and then rescheduled again. Such a hassle when I could’ve just contacted the salon directly -.-
Not worth it
I've tried to book through vaniday three times with three different businesses and every time I have been sent a text only hours before my appointment telling me that they have to reschedule or cancel my appointment! Not worth the hassle!
Not enough salons
I think this app would be great if it had more options and places were on here

More options to be added. As in when u book for a service it allows you to book only 1 service and not multiple.
Very unreliable
I have had very bad experiences using this app.
They advertise for wrong availability times and take your money then ends up cancelling appointments. And you have to wait for over 5 days for your money to be returned back to your account. This has happened multiple of occasions.
The app also does not support in deleting your personal information nor your credit card details.
I don't recommend it at all.

Best beauty app!!!!
Best beauty app ever! I always keep it with me wherever I go: Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Rio, Dubaï... I'm really confident, they always have the best salons to offer! Thank you Vaniday 😘
Don't use, appointments made don't reflect in the salon
Don't use this app. They confirm appointments via email but then they don't reflect in the salon. The app is a great idea but doesn't work so don't bother with it.
Good to locate nearby salons not to book
Great to search for nearby salons and see what types of pricing they charge.
But always errors when trying to book (website too) or applying any discount codes.

Teething problems
When it all works out, I love Vaniday. However on several occasions I have shown up to salons after making an appointment on Vaniday, whereby the staff have not received work of my booking, despite me having already paid. I'm still expected a refund from the company, however they are very generous with compensation vouchers and discounts during this problematic launch period. I'm sure they're just teething problems, however just be wary.

Didn't relay appointment with salon
Booked an appointment through Vaniday for a hair cut, I rock up for the appointment at the salon (paid a $30 cab fare as I was running a little late) bright eyed and bushy tailed only to be told that Vaniday hadn't actually relayed it to the team. More than a little disappointed as the app said it was paid and confirmed. Obviously, this isn't a real time booking system. Although I did get a refund, the fact that this app doesn't achieve its sole objective really says something. Would not recommend/10, save some time and money and book directly through the salon or the salon's online booking systems. I do however praise the concept.

Rubbish app. As soon as I open it, it automatically closes down.

This is a really handy app to have, with a few clicks you can find all your grooming/pampering needs and get a discount too. I love it!
