Not made for regular ol human beings
The developers spent the first 12 yrs in trying to make it appear fancy, 15 min ensuring (unlabeled) icons/tools make sense to anyone not alien. Strangest approach to what likely is a useful, I wouldn’t actually know, app I’ve ever seen.

I love this app so much but it keeps shutting down and deleting all of the work I did ….. I don’t know what’s the problem with this app . And it is not my phone I checked. I could sit on a design for two hours and out of nowhere the app will shut down and close everything and delete my design. It’s nothing more frustrating than that. I hope they’ll fix it , can’t use the app until it’s fixed .

I have been using this for more than 2 years on my iOS 13 Pro Max.
I upgraded my iOS to the 16 Pro Max and the app will not open the black background Image tab. I have sent word and they don’t even care to acknowledge the issues.

Something is wrong
I love this app and I have used it For the last couple years creating all my album covers. I was using the iPhone 13 Pro Max but, since I upgraded my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max, the app is giving me trouble. Own album covers 3000 x 3000 the image tab will not open. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times I thought maybe you know it was my phone but it is not my phone and I have sent out an inquiry to support about this and have not heard back nor do I think they care. It’s a shame because this app is absolutely wonderful and now I don’t know where to go to create my album covers. I guess I can go to Canva and be a customer there if they don’t care..

Common man. Put the old stuff back.
I’d be happy to pay for it (again) since the change it was a 1 time purchase to get everything. But all the simple frames and elements I used back in the day on the old version are all gone. Not sure why you’d need an iPad or cup stock image, but I’ll keep my eye on the app till something I like comes on. The app was simple and great some 10 years ago, tillIt seems like my purchase for the pro version bugged out then I think the app just kind of did it work for a while probably while it was being worked on.

Can't work on iPad Pro at all
Using on iPhone 11 to try at first then decided to move to iPad to use, the screen was frozen and the screen appeared nothing. Play on phone with ths app for fun and don't even think to try on the iPad, such a waste time app!
Needs bug fixed!!!

Have had it for years, finally saying goodbye
The most frustrating situations happen when the app overloads and freezes your screen, making it impossible to work on a poster. The freeze will happen, I’ll have to swipe out of the app and it either brings you to when you last saved it or if you haven’t saved, you have to do it all over again. Loved it when I needed it, I’ve moved on to something way better.

I love this app it used to be perfect, it’s how I edit my album covers, but now all this app does crash. It crashes every time I try to save my photo.

When I got this app, it didn’t work even a little. I think it needs a lot of work.
Not user compatible
Very confusing to use the recent model doesn’t even allow finished projects to be saved in the library. Again the zoom function will not work even if you change the canvas size kinda sad it seemed promising

What happened?
This app use to be a great app, now I can’t even get it to load properly. It says bugs fixed, but it appears to have created issues loading. It doesn’t seem to allow me to access any of it’s features. This is terrible.
Another App Self-Destructs!
So many great apps have self-destructed through ‘the clamouring’ greed and the pursuit of ‘the vast’ riches those lurid subscriptions bring - NOT!
The App I bought was very good. However, it’s been degraded so you ‘have to’ engage a new ‘rental’ subscription service - well, NO, no way!
The practice of bringing apps to market, selling at ‘$x.xx’ - waiting 6-12months then switching an app to a subscription is, quite simply vulgar!
I’ll never subscribe to these apps. I’ll never buy from the developer again.
People, vote with your fingers - don’t push the buttons to subscribe. Get the message over to these people: We’re totally subscribed-out!
