App not opening
The app was doing fine. But since May last week the app is not opening at all. Please fix this issue. I have yearly subscription….

Copies were missing for 3 months. Vanitha fixed the issues and all copies are available now. Thank you
Missing issues
No new issues are available as of March 29th 2024. Only the issues up to January 1st week is available. Help center blames the App Store .

After January 1st week issue, only latest issue is available and in between issues keep disappearing All versions older than Jan 1st issue is available. Please fix

Always some issues
Most of the time, it is hard to open the new magazine, and sometimes I do not see the new edition even though I signed back in. Customer service needs to be contacted every time. This is ridiculous, and it is a waste of money

Buggy app. One or other issues always. It will ask to buy even if you have a valid subscription. If you contact the support, they take 4-5 days to respond. Very poor. Cannot read offline . Even after Download it will disappear and ask to buy again. No quality . A typical Indian app

Worst app
Even if you have purchased the app, it will ask you to subscribe again.
Family sharing does not work
I bought a new I pad and I cannot access the magazine even when I use the same iTunes account. There is no option to restore account setting either

Waste of money and time
This app crashes on login. Manorama need good developers to keep up to date with IOS changes. Ipad version used to work in the past. Now both Ipad and Iphone versions crash on launch. Looks like Manorama doesn't care about feedback. Vanitha app deserve zero star .
Sign-in issue
It used to work before. Since renewal of subscription it cant authenticate with e-subscription id & password. Lost 16$.
Don't buy the subscription
I downloaded the app for my mother who was a fan of the original magazine. I was excited to find a digital version of this but have been extremely disappointed with my experience so far.
I purchased a year's subscription but can't access any content. I also tried purchasing a single issue but it won't download that content either.

No new downloads
If you can't fix the problem, give my money back. This the worst app ever👎 they took my money, but still can't get any new downloads. You don't deserve any star 👎👎👎👎😁😁😁

Singing issue is really annoying and it won't the user name and password ; need to enter every time when I need to read magazine...
