About
VanityTrack is a local-first cosmetics inventory for the makeup and skincare on your counter. Log a product, mark when you opened it, and the app computes a toss-by date from the industry-standard period-after-opening window for that category.
Key features
- PAO toss-by dates for 27 product categories, with aging and expired reminders
- Named AM and PM routines with product sequencing
- Routine Clash: scan each saved routine for actives that should not share a sitting
- Conflict Checker for a manual actives picker, plus on-device batch-code decoding
- Stash counts, restock lead times, cost-per-use, and a shopping list for backups
- Camera and photo library for packaging photos; export reports from your device
VanityTrack is not a medical device. Clash and Conflict Checker encode published layering guidance for education only.
The app is local-first. It does not require an account, does not include third-party analytics SDKs, and does not send your records to a developer server.

What's New in VanityTrack
2.0.2
August 21, 2026
VanityTrack 2.0.2 — Routine Clash - New Clash tab: each saved AM or PM routine is scanned as written, so you see which bottles would actually meet in one sitting — retinoid plus AHA, vitamin C plus benzoyl peroxide, and other published layering clashes. - Time-of-day mismatches: a morning routine that includes a PM-preferred active (like retinol) is flagged as Split AM/PM, even when there is no pair conflict. - Distinct from Conflict Checker: Clash uses your named routines, not a manual whole-inventory picker. - Native Vanity, Products, Routines, Clash, and More tabs. The overlay dock is gone. - All inventory, PAO math, and clash rules stay on device. No account.
