The amount of time it takes to get the points or reward, I would have already received a gift card by now, I miss our old reward system, this just ain’t it.

Faulty app, unreliable company, no response from suppprt
Clicked to redeem gift card got 2 pop up windows in a random order and as a result I got 2 duplicate gift cards, and then neither of them worked. Sent email to support but no response.
Good app for employee engagement
Using this app from last 3 years. Very user friendly and easy to use. Overall a nice app to redeem points for gift cards.
Password resets don’t work
I have tried to reset my password no less than 10 times. It says it’s been reset but when I try to login, I get an error message. So frustrating and a waste of time!

Barely usable and is super confusing on how to actually use. Why would you design it this way? Literal trash.
Very insecure app
Poor app, it was hacked and misused. It’s unfortunate vantage circle team is incapable of figuring out where the request was initiated from.

Extremely excessive notifications
I keep getting notifications for offers which I can’t turn off. To make matters worse, their AI has (correctly) identified me as from Indian descent… but I live in the United States and am a US citizen! Still, they INSIST on giving me offers in Indian Rupees. Talk about profiling!

Nothing in the FAQs about that. Just a million different reworded ways to redeem them.

Pathetic
This company has pathetic service. Whenever you want to redeem voucher either their service is down or has technical problems. You need to send multiple emails and you will end up getting email that we will extend validity by 2 weeks.
Excellent Offers
The app gives a lot of offers for users. Worth having it on the phone and checking each time you purchase online for offers.
