The amount of time it takes to get the points or reward, I would have already received a gift card by now, I miss our old reward system, this just ain’t it.

I have used vantage circle for a long time and have also redeemed my points credited to the account! The app is user friendly and it does not lag or hang during the use! Smooth functioning and overall UI gives an amazing user experience !

Faulty app, unreliable company, no response from suppprt
Clicked to redeem gift card got 2 pop up windows in a random order and as a result I got 2 duplicate gift cards, and then neither of them worked. Sent email to support but no response.

Password resets don’t work
I have tried to reset my password no less than 10 times. It says it’s been reset but when I try to login, I get an error message. So frustrating and a waste of time!

Poor app, it was hacked and misused. It’s unfortunate vantage circle team is incapable of figuring out where the request was initiated from.

I have been using this app more than 6 years and till date I have not face a single issue. The best part of the app is the easy redeem options also it has ties up with many e-commerce company.
