Sometimes it goes days without posting for my area when there has been calls.

Info posts hours (or days) after it actually happens. No notifications.Random log-outs (or it “forgets” you’re a subscriber. And it’s 95% medical calls when it does work. If you think a paid subscription will make this app better, it won’t. 👎
Super Helpful
Helps me stay updated on what’s going on in my community and wherever I’m traveling. The app is simple to use, and I love being able to listen to the police scanner and see a quick AI transcription of each incident.
Was decent
It was spotty about showing up to date information, but now has not shown anything in 22 hours. No updates needed and no issues with my phone. App will randomly log you out as well without remembering your log in information which is especially frustrating when you don’t remember which app you signed up through(Apple, Facebook, email, etc) and have a subscription

Thank you for the feedback. We just launched the new 2.0 version of the App that fixed a lot of the bugs that we uncovered in the 1.0 launch. Please have a look at the new features and we hope we have addressed the bug issues that you encountered.
Missing Calls
I really like the idea behind this app, but when I compare it to the calls on my PulsePoint app, it’s missing a ton. It also has been glitching for a couple weeks now where if you want to go somewhere else other than the main screen, it asks like it’s loading something else then just reloads the main screen again. I’m not sure it’s really worth paying for when it’s glitching so much I can’t see anything and it has like 1/4 of the calls that are actually happening. And yes, it is the same area.

Good local info, but constantly having to reset the app to my area, or the app is just a white screen.
Stop working.
It was a great app but for some reason it’s not posting incidents in Fairfax Co Va. it stop suddenly may 29 around 2:30. Can’t find away to get help.

Real Time and Accurate
The push notifications directly to my phone give alerts to incidents in my neighborhood. Everything seems to happen real time and is accurate.
