Has Bugs No Check For Updates
I recently purchased the S1 Pro Max 4K front and rear dash camera, and I am ready to return it. The problem is I discovered it’s not compatible with the SANDISK High Endurance microSD Card which works perfectly fine with other dash camera brands. I contacted Vantrue support, and I was instructed to format the card on my computer which I did, and to make sure it has the latest update which could solve compatibility issues. Problem there is yesterday Vantrue removed firmware from their site, and instructed us to use the app which was also updated yesterday. The problem is they neglected to include a way to check for, and install updates in this app. Hence the 1 star. If Vantrue doesn’t fix this compatibility problem with SanDisk cards I’ll be returning this paperweight for a refund.

Great Camera - Solid Performance
I’ve had the N4 Pro since 2023 and it’s been a solid performer. The camera feels solid in your hand and it always works. I like having the suction cup mount so that I can swap it out of my truck and put it into my sports car when I take it to car shows.
I also have a few other accessories so it can hook to my vehicle battery when I want to keep the camera going while being parked at night. And yes, installation instructions for accessories are accurate and the camera operates as they say.
Color is truly vivid. I take the videos and import into Final Cut Pro to make videos with ease. I also keep the right wires in my vehicle in case I have an accident and need to replay on the spot. Very nice camera, very happy!

Please continue improvements
I’ve had Vantrue N5 dashcam since 2024 and has been great, recently got into a car accident and dashcam saved me. What I mainly realized is the app needs some serious improvements, it has a good base but needs to be better. Please continue to push weekly updates for the app or have options where the community has the ability to submit suggestions. A good company responds to the needs of the consumer driving better performance and better user experience.

I was incredibly impressed with my N4 dash cam - the quality, the simplicity, the recording features are all top notch.and the value was off the charts. I was so happy the app matched the quality of the cam as well.
Camera was great, Suction Cup didn’t hold to Warranty
I purchased the Vantrue N4 3 Dash Camera. The camera was great and I loved the 3-way front, interior, and rear dash camera. My only issue was the suction cup. It stopped holding after 6 months. I reached out to customer service and they did have a replacement for the suction cup. Fortunately, I’m able to get a new replacement for that piece of the camera. Otherwise, everything was great with the camera. I just wished the suction cup lasted to the 1-Year Warranty.

First time dealing with support
I have been using the N5S dash cam for a while now not having the power connected to the fuse box yet but using the cigarette lighter as a power supply and worked great until a few days ago. The camera would go on and then off for no reason.
Connected with support and got an email response with suggestions which did not work. Removed camera and plugged into a USB and worked just fine so the problem had to be the power cable which I suggested
I was immediately told I would get a replacement shipped which I got in a few days. In all it was a nice experience particularly thanks to the support of Liki

Excellent Dashcam with a Great App
I’ve been really happy with my Vantrue dashcam so far. The video quality is great, but what I like most is the convenience of the Vantrue app. Being able to connect to the dashcam and view recorded videos directly from my phone makes everything so much easier.
I also like that I can quickly download and save footage without having to remove the SD card or connect the dashcam to a computer. The app makes it simple to review recordings whenever I need to, which is especially useful if I ever need footage from an incident.
Overall, Vantrue has done a great job combining a quality dashcam with a convenient and easy-to-use app. Definitely one of my favorite features of the camera!

Excellent Product
I have used the three camera N4 dash cam for a number of years now in conjunction with the Vantrue app. The product is great, makes me feel much safer whilst driving. I also have used their customer service department who have been very very helpful. If you have a Vantrue device then get this app. If you are thinking of buying a dashcam, I recommend this one.

I have the N4 pro camera and have been using it for a long time. Recently I downloaded the app and have nothing but good things to say about it. It’s a great app.

Wirklich schlecht gemachte App! Einstellungen werden nicht Übertragen und die Übersetzung ist wirklich schlecht gemacht. Bereits nach der 1 Woche Nutzung der Kamera Probleme aufgetreten mittlerweile kann man die kamera gar nicht mehr mit App nutzen!

Well constructed and intuitive App
Connecting App/Cameras to phone is very easy (easier and faster if your other connections are stopped before you start. The app performs very well, and it is through the app you get the most controls for your cameras and firmware updates. App is very snappy and commands and controls to the cameras are very easy to locate and are fast as well. Nothing much to add.

Above and beyond
My husband got a Vantrue Dash cam around 3 years ago and we can see the great quality. We had to replace one cable and Vantrue customer service is just going above and beyond to help us and the camera is 3 years old. Husband just got me one as gift. We love the brand and quality!
