Well constructed and intuitive App
Connecting App/Cameras to phone is very easy (easier and faster if your other connections are stopped before you start. The app performs very well, and it is through the app you get the most controls for your cameras and firmware updates. App is very snappy and commands and controls to the cameras are very easy to locate and are fast as well. Nothing much to add.

Above and beyond
My husband got a Vantrue Dash cam around 3 years ago and we can see the great quality. We had to replace one cable and Vantrue customer service is just going above and beyond to help us and the camera is 3 years old. Husband just got me one as gift. We love the brand and quality!
Awesome Support
Great and timely response to my issue. Ordered a mount that the picture said it would work, but the description didn’t. Emailed support and they took care of my issues immediately and issued refund. Will order again!!

The best Dash Cam ever!
Installed front and rear cameras on my Lexus 500h really fast. Easy installation and easy use. The best resolution and quality and my vehicle is being filmed at 360. Different settings help you film at your desired resolution and time.You can change position of the cameras quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service
I bought the 3-channel Vantrue camera through Amazon, and everything from the fast delivery to the crisp, professional packaging impressed me right away. The camera itself is top-notch in both build quality and performance.
The only minor issue I ran into was the rear camera cable, which was a bit short for my van and the routing I chose. To be fair, the included 20ft cable is more than enough for most cars, but I was running it through the floor instead of the headliner, so I needed extra length.
I reached out to Vantrue support, and they responded immediately and shipped me a 29ft cable at no charge. This kind of outstanding customer service is exactly why I’ve stayed loyal to Vantrue for years. This is my second camera from them, I purchased the E3 back in 2022 for my other vehicle and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Good customer support
Overall, I would say that this camera works very well and serves its purpose and is captured several moments. That would be important for me. The customer support is also great and they respond quickly via email. You get an 18 month warranty with the camera which is also great.

I've been using the Vantrue Falcon 1 on my motorcycle, and it's exceeded my expectations.
