About

Build the exact session your training needs, then run it on a guided work/rest timer. Vargna is built for hybrid racing — the sport where a 1 km run leads into every station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls. BUILD IT Pick from all eight race stations, running, and a deep bench of accessory movements — Air Bike, core, and more. Set your work time, rest, rounds and round breaks. Put a station on the clock, or leave it open and race it for time. Any combination, in under a minute. RUN IT The guided timer takes over. Horn cues and haptics mark every transition, round breaks sit between rounds, and a rising countdown carries you into the final interval. Your screen stays awake for the whole session. SHARE IT Send a workout to a friend and they can run it in one tap. Follow the athletes you train with and everything they share lands in your library — see what they have been training, and give kudos on a session. OR START FROM A TEMPLATE 100 ready-made classes across five categories. Engine builds your aerobic base. Power sharpens the sleds. Strength loads the carries and lunges. Speed makes you fast. Simulation puts the full race pattern on the clock. Every completed session lands in your history, with your splits from every station you raced for time.

Share a workout with a friend and they can run it in one tap. Follow the athletes you train with to get everything they share, see what they have been training, and give kudos on a session. Links now open straight in the app instead of the browser, so you stay signed in when someone sends you a workout. Also: shake no longer interrupts a running timer, and saving a workout image uses the native share sheet.
