Great app

Love the app! It takes a minute to figure out but once you get it it’s great. I would love the option to EQ each channel individually though.

What can VARI 4000 control on my speaker?

VARI 4000 allows wireless control of Voicing selection, Master Volume, Bass, Treble, Cut filter, and Location settings. It also enables deeper customization by editing each Voicing's 7 EQ bands.

Can I save my custom sound settings with VARI 4000?

Yes, you can save any customized Voicing to the VARI's hardware memory. This ensures your personalized sound settings are available even without the app connected.

How does VARI 4000 handle stereo setups?

The app lets you control the master speaker in a Smart Stereo setup, allowing you to set which speaker is Left or Right. You can also configure DI for Stereo output and manage multiple Smart Stereo pairs.

What are the EQ options in VARI 4000?

Each Voicing within VARI 4000 is composed of 7 EQ bands. These bands can be configured as Butterworth Low Cut (High Pass), Low Shelf, Parametric (peaking), or High Shelf for detailed sound shaping.

How many custom voicings can I store?

VARI 4000 supports storing up to 10 Voicing memories. Five are standard presets (flat, club, live band, speech, acoustic guitar & vocals), and the remaining five are user-definable starting from a flat setting.

Can I control input gain with VARI 4000?

No, the VARI 4000 app does not allow control of input volume, which refers to the analog gain controls for individual channels on the VARI speaker.
