Varve is a workshop notebook for 3D printing. It tracks the things that actually cost you a print: which spool is nearly empty, which one has been sitting out absorbing water, when the printer last got a new nozzle, and what you actually made last month. No account. No ads. No tracking. Open it and start. FILAMENT THAT TELLS YOU THE TRUTH Log every spool with its material, colour, brand and remaining weight. Varve tracks what is left as you print, flags anything running low, and remembers which box or dry box it lives in. Split a spool onto a second roll, log a drying cycle, and see a spool's whole history on one screen. HUMIDITY WHERE IT MATTERS Log a humidity reading against a storage location and every spool inside it inherits the reading. You can see at a glance which of your PETG has been sitting in a damp bin since spring. YOUR PRINTERS, WITH THEIR HISTORY Add every machine you own, with photos, notes, links and attachments. Maintenance tasks attach to a printer, a piece of equipment or a storage location, carry a due date and time, and fire a local reminder, so lubrication and belt checks stop being the thing you remember after a failed print. LIVE BAMBU LAB STATUS Connect a Bambu Lab printer over your own Wi-Fi and Varve reads its status, nozzle and bed temperatures, and the filament loaded in each AMS slot, straight onto the printer card. The connection is direct and read only. It never starts, pauses or cancels a print, it needs no Developer Mode, and it never touches the Bambu cloud. A PRINT LOG WORTH KEEPING Record finished prints with a photo, a half-star quality rating, the slicer settings you used and a link to the source model. Paste a MakerWorld, Printables or Thingiverse link and Varve fetches the title and thumbnail for you. Tell it which spool the print came off and it takes the filament back out of that spool, so your remaining weights stay honest without a spreadsheet. EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE WORKSHOP Spare nozzles, build plates, hotends and adhesive live in Inventory. Dryers, dry boxes and enclosures live in Equipment. Storage locations hold your spools. Dark by default, with Markdown notes, photo attachments, and a Dashboard that surfaces only what needs you today. PRIVACY Varve has no servers of its own. Your data is stored on your device, and in your own private iCloud if you turn sync on. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising and nothing to opt out of.
