VAS Trucking

VAS Trucking gives authorized drivers, customers and operations users secure access to the logistics work relevant to their role. Drivers can: • Review an active trip and ordered stops • Open a stop in their preferred maps application • Record pickup and delivery progress • Add notes and report an issue • Capture or select POD, BOL and trip photos • Keep working through a temporary connection loss and safely retry eligible actions Customers can: • Review active and historical loads • Follow shipment status, stops and the latest authorized vehicle position • Open available documents • View authorized account and payment information Operations users receive a focused, read-only overview of active loads, vehicles and critical events. Administrative and accounting work remains in the secure web portal. An existing VAS Trucking business account is required. Accounts are provisioned by the company; public registration and in-app purchases are not offered. Availability and features depend on the user’s company, role and assigned shipments. Vehicle location is supplied by the company’s existing telematics integration; the app does not continuously track the phone’s location.
