The app is great, but I wish there was a feature or a badge to track the specific number of studio classes taken. Like total number of studio flow, total number of studio red, lft, etc

Horrible gym, vacuous self absorbed members who are rude and lack gym etiquette and negligent staff who won’t enforce any rules or cleanliness . Save your money and find a better gym.

Apple Watch
Wish this had a companion app on Apple Watch. Would like to workout without carrying phone with me.
Unreliable
I know, I work the front desk. This app is incredibly unreliable. Way too many updates and takes forever to load up to check in.
Awesome deal
I’d give it 5 stars if they had a rinse off shower by the hot tub. I think sweaty people get in there and it gets a bit sketchy.

Awful Functionality of the App and Poorly Trained Staff
Your app doesn’t do 90 percent of what you claim it does. It is not a self service app. I were you I would quit advertising that everywhere as well as on the hold message when people wait on hold for an hour to talk to a poorly trained customer service representative. Also, when you’re told that a “manager” will call you back within 24 hours and they never happens I am surprised anyone even goes here with so many other options cheaper,better, and right next to it location wise.

Not easy to toggle between gyms
It would be great if I could select a class and it show me all the open locations, rather than having to go to each site and check their schedule.

There are multiple things wrong with the App. It doesn’t let you make payments to your account. It blocks you from features in the account even when you have studio red.
The last thing if you make any changes including to billing information the app doesn’t deliver the information to Paramount Holdings which is the parents Company of Vasa.
Stay far away from this company and don’t make any additional commitments within the app as well.

What happened to my leaderboard?
After the last update, the Red leaderboard doesn’t show up anymore.
Registration Error
During the process of becoming a member and attempting to register my account in the app I made an errant entry for the registration key. It seemed to lock my account, the onsite staff couldn’t resolve the issue, and I’ve spent 4 days emailing the online support team. My problem still exists, I can’t use the app at all. Everything in the gym requires use of the app because physical cards aren’t issued. The level of disappointment with the app and displeasure with the resolution measures is immeasurable.

I have a very deep hatred for this gym. I only wanted to go there for a month and cancel the membership but they made me pay $25 for a cancellation??? I was alright with it like, I guess… Then they throw some stupid shi like “oh. You got extra fees you have to pay!!🥺🥺” I was. Like. “Oh. Okay. How much can it be” guess what. It was like $105. I only stayed for 3 months. I paid for the basic $15 membership. I’m ending it all. That was my whole paycheck. I can’t eat for a month. I have to save up the 5 packs of ramen I have left. Maybe I’m a lazy bum and don’t know anything about a gym membership but I don’t think I would have to pay $130 for 3 months. I’m so sad. I cry myself to sleep every night because of this. I starve for 3 and a half days and eat half a packet of ramen to survive. I’m so hungry. My hatred is growing by the minute. I’m over exaggerating. But it was my whole paycheck. I’m so broke. I’m crying as I type I’m so sad about my precious money.💔
