Not bad
The app is fine but it’s got a lot of bugs. I frequently get push notifications and when I click on them, the app opens and I can’t read the full message. I travel occasionally for work and the ability to switch back-and-forth between different locations to check the gym class schedules is very clunky. I also wish the barcode was on the home screen immediately when you open the app without having to click to a different screen.

I am deeply annoyed to report that it’s acceptable.
Their billing system makes me insane and took several attempts to fix - over the course of three actual years, but they fixed it and I’m now going to drink some coffee, stare at the sky, and put it out of my mind.
I might scream into the void for a bit, but whatever. Who needs money? We’ll live on love.

This is the worst gym ever people have very bad hygiene and when you try and miss one payment they charge you twice even if it’s in the same day so you go from 25 to 50 dollars and it doesn’t cover the next month also i tried canceling my account said it was a 0 payment called then all a sudden they wanted 25 but since the payment was missed it’s 50 when no where on there did it ask for a payment so i could cancel your better off going to a cheaper gym or one that isn’t ridiculous like this one and taking all your money

Overall a decent app, but too many steps to get to the check-in barcode. It should be forefront on the landing page. Not a second click to get to it.
The leaderboard should always be easy to find. I saw it pop up once, but have been unable to find it again.

100% would recommend using this app. It’s gotten a lot better during each update.

Love this gym - the yoga classes are great, there’s never a wait for equipment, it’s always clean and everyone is friendly!
Crashes and doesn’t register payments
I’m having a h*ll of a time trying to update payment information. It crashes every time. Now, because of my expired payment information, I’m accruing late fees— I’ve paid an overdue balance and despite getting a confirmation from the app and a notification from my bank that the charge was made, the app still notifies me to enter my payment information to pay the overdue balance when I sign in again. Giving zero power to the in-person desk people at the gym to filter us through this app has been giving me grief for years.

Yoga
I’m canceling my yoga class days in advance and I’m still counted as a no show and getting billed for it. Something is up with the app.

They only do it to make sure you stay subscribed just make sure you search up the fees before signing up. I honestly can say I wish I looked into other gyms more because of this
Can’t quit vasa
Vasa has made it so difficult to get in touch with anyone to quit your membership.
You have to go through the app and login your store ID and your membership number.
If you don’t know what your numbers are, you can contact them, but they’re so busy, they never respond.
I spent hours waiting to connect with somebody and finally after waiting so long, I went for the option to have them text me. It took them a several days for them to even respond in text form.
They asked me in the text why I wanted to quit my membership and I responded that they were dropping my Zumba classes.
They never responded after that and I just figured that they had canceled my membership.
My credit card number from my account changed because of fraud and I had to change it at the bank. So now they can’t withdraw from my card every month and I didn’t know and now my finances are a wreck with them.

Crashing UI
App has FaceID is check marked and every time it loads it says it cannot be used. What’s the point of having it? Also, good luck changing your payment method- it crashes as soon as you hit save. Tried it multiple times, even after clearing cache and checking for updates. Disappointing. ALSO, when you try to reach out for support it asks you for your club ID, but it doesn’t show up anywhere on the app?

Love the Vasa, mobile app! It’s easy. It’s clean, it’s effective.
Overcharge
Do not go to vasa. They overcharge you. I signed up for a $19.99 membership and the charges grew every month to this month at $94.52 don’t do it.
