App is easy to use!
Other than kid care, great!
If you’re just going in to work out, the system is really easy and user-friendly! I had to google how to access the kid care scheduling; I wish that part of the app was more intuitive.
Needs more functionality & equipment
I really wish this app had a crowd meter so I can tell when the busy times are. Don’t want to be working out with a bunch of teenagers. Secondly, the Herriman location doesn’t have enough ab machines, like for the obliques (think Planet Fitness). I was shown only 2. It would be nice to see more of a variety, especially for people with back issues as they provide better support. I only signed up with Vasa because it’s closer to my house. We’ll see how it goes, might switch back to PF.

Gym
This gym is great and has an aura like no other I love vasa and will continue to use vasa.
Works to get me in-
Hard to see classes in various Vasa’s. Instead of having one button, you have to go to the 3lines, pick a location, and then go to the bottom, hit another button to see classes. If I want to compare, I have to do this about 4-6 times - once for each location and write it down because it takes awhile and if I forget which one has which class, I have to do it all over again. My other gym has one button on the app to look at several locations.

Too many fees
30 bucks to cancel, 80 bucks for some reason they don’t explain, 15 dollars to freeze my plan, all of that plus your monthly rate.

Great facility, however
Great facility however the locker rooms need cleaned more frequently. The water stations need maintained and repaired. There is no update on the water filters (filter good or need replaced?) and the stream of water goes to slow (lines at water stations). It would also be helpful if there were signs on the machine, letting people know to not loiter on machines.

VASA the perfect fit. A full service gym at convenient locations.
I am very pleased with my membership and access to a full service gym. A spotless gym with members of all ages working towards a common goal.

Fitness after 50
Joining VASA is one of the best decisions I have made this year. I love the classes. I'm gaining muscle, losing pounds and shaping my body. The only thing I hope for is more classes. Please join and become a part of this amazing community.
great but
I would have given 5 stars because great app- the only issue is if you want to find a class somewhere other than your "home" gym it is like 5 steps to get there. if you could look at other gyms right in the schedule section would be GREAT!
Class List
I wish it would name the classes and when they are offered so you can sign up that way and notI just list everything daily
Love the app
The app is great, but I wish there was a feature or a badge to track the specific number of studio classes taken. Like total number of studio flow, total number of studio red, lft, etc
Don’t waste your money
Horrible gym, vacuous self absorbed members who are rude and lack gym etiquette and negligent staff who won’t enforce any rules or cleanliness . Save your money and find a better gym.

Apple Watch
Wish this had a companion app on Apple Watch. Would like to workout without carrying phone with me.
Unreliable
I know, I work the front desk. This app is incredibly unreliable. Way too many updates and takes forever to load up to check in.
