Worst Matrimony Experience – False Promises & Money-Oriented Service
Worst matrimony experience.
They only care about collecting money. Once the payment is made, they hardly respond.
They created profiles and filled in the details of many people without their permission. Some of those profiles belong to people who are already married. When we question them, they simply say, "They never informed us that they got married," which is just an excuse.
They know everything, but they keep calling people every day until they make the payment. We paid twice, and it was a complete waste of money.
The second time, they told us that a groom's family had accepted the proposal. They even called my parents and emotionally pressured them into making the payment the same evening.
They convinced us by saying, "Why lose such a good match?" So we trusted them and paid.
Later, we realized they had given us false information. They claimed that the groom's family had agreed and was asking when we could meet, but none of it was true. They misled us just to collect the payment.
This has been a very disappointing and dishonest experience.
