This is by far the easiest and best way to quickly and easily submit VAT digitally ! You have to use this app and Darren is quick to reply and super helpful. I really can’t recommend this app enough !

Difficult
I cannot find anywhere to save the details, and has to start again each time, when I put the return through you tell me HMRC repaid me £422 on 30/8/23 but it has never appeared in our Business account, or any personal accounts, where has this gone too. Hi Roy, this review section isn't really idea for support. I did receive a support email from you but you didn't write anything in it! What details are you wanting to save? When you enter the spreadsheet cell numbers, these are automatically saved for next time so you can use the same spreadsheet layout. Also, the app does not tell you when you have received payment, this isn't possible as it's down to HMRC when they pay and it can take them several weeks. I think you may be mistaken by the date that says 'Received'? This date is the date HMRC received your VAT Return. Please email me directly using the support link in the app if you'd like further help.
Excellent app, with support to match
Really easy to use and effective. When I did get stuck (my fault), Darren responded to my email within 6 minutes. Most impressed!

Spent many weeks trying to submit my vat as a carpenter this was another world and was stressful as hell. A few minutes talking to Darren Jones and I have done it ,I’m am so f###### relieved and please. Excellent job guys. 👍

Fantastic product
This does exactly what it says on the tin!!, so easy to export from excel so no need for accountants.
I had a few issues which was converting from pages to excel but The support was excellent and very quick even out of hours.

Brilliant customer service
I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Great support and prompt answers to any questions. I asked Darren a question at 6pm on a Friday and didn’t expecting an answer until Monday but by 9pm on Friday the problem was resolved. I will add that it was my lack of understanding in IT that was the problem, not the MTD VAT itself. Fantastic customer service.

Really easy to use...looked into other systems/packages but this one was by far the easiest to understand & administrate...plus the support team come back to you so quickly in response to queries! Excellent service/app!

This app does exactly what it needs to do. Submitting my VAT return was easy and quick. Support emails where answered pretty much immediately, even on a Sunday!
