Difficult

I cannot find anywhere to save the details, and has to start again each time, when I put the return through you tell me HMRC repaid me £422 on 30/8/23 but it has never appeared in our Business account, or any personal accounts, where has this gone too. Roy Asten accounts and secretary to Island Decorators.
