Metar request
Been rocking with this app for 3-4 years. For me it’s the best app you could use to see whats going on and who’s connected to vatsim. Recently the metar request has been down, hasn’t been working. If the developer could get the metar request working again then this would by far be one the best apps to track what’s going on vatsim.

Excellent
A truly excellent and superbly thought out app, the only app that not only tracks users on Vatsim, it also allows for the use of approach plates, SID’s and STAR’s. Airport taxiways are also included, what’s incredible is that it also free! An app of this quality and functionality could easily change for it. Thanks for putting this together.

Great App! Just Needs One Thing….
Very good app for checking what’s happening on the Vatsim servers!
The only thing this app needs for it to be perfect would be to have a way to better visualize what towers cover what.
I feel like it used to have this feature where the little circle with the controllers name/frequency was right on top of the airport that’s being controlled.
Currently it shows that same circle and frequencies on the border of the ARTCC sector which is confusing when I want to fly at a certain field and be sure that I have ATC
Yes, it says “KATL TWR” but I’d also like to see it over the actual airfield and not on the border of Tennessee/Georgia.
TL/DR: It’s a great app, just needs a better way to visualize where towers are.

The best of the bunch
Seems to be crashing a lot lately -still, indispensable
Good, but could be even better
It’s basically good as far as it goes, but it could be better. When there are multiple positions online (eg APP, TWR and GND), they all seem to have the same click spot, there’s no way to choose which one to see the details of. When the map’s busy, ATC positions don’t stand out well against a busy map with lots of planes.

No longer seems to work
Used it, happily, for several years despite being a little glitchy. It was recently updated to address changes in the VATSIM data feed. However, even though the specs say iOS 9 or greater; it's not working with my iOS 10.6.3. It's an old iPad so this is down to me, not the app but the specs should be updated. When I upgrade my iPad, I will get the latest version of the app.

The best map out there
For me the best app for vatsim out there the colours make it easy to look who’s online
Very Powerful, some stuff needs to be fixed
Overall, this app has so many awesome features that make it the go to for VATSIM on mobile. I like having charts available, and the ability to see where your friends are. If the things below are solved or added, I’d be willing to pay $0.99-$1.99 for the app.
A few things that need improvement:
- General performance bugs (sometimes the map doesn't show active planes and ATC on startup)
- Nicer graphics and UI
- More airports for charts
- It would be awesome if you could tune into different frequencies without connecting to the network

Charts!!
Not only does this ap have a easy to use map of what’s going on in vatsim and where act is, you get all the charts one could need for popular airports! Game changer.
Nice App
This is a good app, but one improvement would make it even better. On startup there will be no data displayed until the refresh time is up. Either you have to manually refresh or wait at least the minimum refresh setting of 45 seconds. Why not load right away?
It would also be nice to see a highlight around airports that have tower or ground online? Thanks!

Good app
Using it for awhile. Works very well
Still Broke
They finally fixed the CTD when trying to open but now it crashes when you select the weather tab. Also there is no toggle switch to turn off dark mode when your device is running in dark mode. Default dark mode is hard to read.
On iPad running IOS 12.4, selecting friends crashes the app.

This app is the best out there and I love the way you can see if your friends are online too. Especially after this new update for IOS13 it is also a lot better
Just upgraded. Can’t open app. It crashes as soon as I open it.
Would love to have a moving map instead of the aircraft static. Otherwise an excellent app.
New update Not working
The app crashes every time I open it up. It was fine prior to the new update.

Something that worked and did it's job fine for years got updated and now won't even open...
Need improvement
The app is good. I like the view and options. After latest update the app crashes on start. Previous version worked on iPhone but wasn’t stable on iPad Pro. It was crashing after 10-15 mins all the time.
Can’t even open
After the long awaited (at least by me) update so that I could see pilot into again, turns out it keeps crashing to home screen whenever I try to open it, can’t even see anything now. Hope they fix soon, I’d like to give 5 stars as this app has been great in the past.
