Can we get Apple wallet support? It’s listed as supported in the App Store but I can’t find it

After the recent update, the app logs off every time it closes. Really frustrating that you have to log in every single time. Please fix!

Please lower it to iOS 15! Many of us have older iOS iPad Mini devices and cannot use the VPL app anymore because your iOS minimum required version is set too high!!!! 😭😭😭😭

No stay signed in feature
Very annoying to have to keep logging into the app every time I open it. Even if I leave it open in the background, when i switch back I have to login again.

Great way to manage library account
Solid app allows me to keep track of my account, renew stuff, place holds, have my card number with me all the time - and it actually works! I love that it can manage multiple cards now too. Good for the whole family.
Multiple cards function now added!
Really pleased to see that multiple library cards can now be added to the VPL app. This should make organizing accounts so much simpler and save me having to carry around (& find) all those library cards!
Easiest way to manage my borrows
I like that my library card barcode can be displayed with a tap, and once logged in I don’t need to keep entering my #. Renewing, placing holds, checking on my holds, etc are all super easy. The only things I wish this app had is the ability to create more than one wish list, and a way to sort/filter my borrowing history.

Great App!
The update is great. I love that I can switch between accounts. Makes visiting the library and borrowing books so much easier!
Good app but lack of faceid makes it useless
Once log into the app , it’s great. You can even have the library card code displayed (so no need to carry the card with you). Unfortunately, to log in you need your card bar code numbers, and faceid cannot be used. Makes the app useless as it takes forever to log in and you need to go get your card to do so. Quite a disappointment…

surprisingly good app for a public library
if only the passport offices could figure their stuff out like this. super easy to use, find books, place holds. the only thing missing is the ability to link your goodreads account!

Please add the following features:
1) Remember my library card number. I shouldn’t have to keep entering it.
2) Allow me to scan barcode for my library card instead of entering number manually.
3) Remember my PIN.
4) Allow me to use Touch ID or Face ID to login to the application.
5) Also, as others have mentioned allowing us to add library card to the Apple wallet.

Still no card to apple wallet
Please add the library card to apple wallet, so we don’t need to bring the card every time. Is it so hard?
Such a useful app
Library‘s need to get out of the dark ages, apps are the way to go!

Brand new app
Finally a brand new from the ground up app! Works really well and doesn’t crash every time. Well put together interface as well, but anything updated would probably seem better than the old app.
Hasn’t been updated for iOS 12.
Hasn’t been updated for the newest screen dimensions. Otherwise functions well. Would be nice if the card could be added to wallet.

I think that it is a great app for checking what you would normally do on the website. Just needs iPhone X compatibility and the ability to add your card to your wallet
