Love the concept, but too many glitches

I love the concept of the app. I’m enjoying be able to connect with some of my favorite artists, but please fix the playback feature! An artist dropped a song today and I couldn’t get the song to consistently play. Each time it would freeze, and I’d have to rewind or fast forward, or close the app down completely.

It would also be great if the vault of songs were organized by artist, or allowed us to add multiple songs to a playlist, rather than having to individually hit play for each song.

App crashing/unable to log in

Love the ability to see some BTS from my favorite artists, but lately i cannot even access anything! the app is unable to verify my email and phone number. i hope they can update an fix these issues so i can listen to my music again :D

Great idea!

I love this concept, and I’m able to be part of a group chat with an artist I really like! I wanted to give this 5 stars, but after the recent update I no longer get message notifications 😢 I have push notifications turned on both in the app and in my phone’s settings and I’m still not getting them (and before the update I did get notifications)

great app and concept user experience not great

I have been using the app for over a year now and have had a lot of highs and lows using the app. first great concept, love the idea of bringing artist closer to the fans and the chat feature is incredible for building a community, but have dealt with a lot of issues.
Updates will sometimes break the playback or chat fixture but the updates have improved the UI

Main issues at time of post (oct 2025)
1. playback feature is broken. you have to play each song individually next song won’t automatically queue or song won’t repeat even if you toggle the feature on
2. payment method updates. wanted to change card and payment method for subscription and it required me going to my desktop ending my subscription and then restarting it as well as deleting and reading the card 3 times. this also resulted in ending my subscription streak

Would love to see a play next feature, artist bio, or analytics of time listened, favorite song/artist etc.; but for now i would just like the auto-queue feature to return

Incredible concept and community in this app!

I got this app to support James Blake as my favorite artist and I love it. I am a premium member and I love the UI, the community, the feelings of welcome as, the music that gets released and feeling like I can really support my favorite artists in a genuine and direct way and meet others who appreciate their music just as much.

There are a few ways to go with functionality but it works well and they make updates quite quickly ! Looking forward to what this can become.

Amazing concept.. but

I love this app, and I would feel really connected to my favourite artists, however you need a “premium membership,” so unfortunately I cannot listen or view some content, and the content I do view is a snippet, and I get the fact you need a way to get money, however I believe that there’s too much locked behind a monthly paywall. Another thing is, there’s very few artists in it, so I would like in the future if they could get more mainstream artists on this app, but other than that, it’s amazing.
