Please help! Thank you!

Hey, Rendi!

In light of recent license changes from Bitwarden, I luckily found this app you’ve created! My only issue is trying to connect to a Vaultwarden IP address that would be in numbers. So, 10.x.x.x. It says the certificate for the server is invalid, and that it could be connecting to a server that is pretending to be my server. It isn’t, as I’m just hosting it locally and accessing via VPN, but can’t get through the warning message?

Thank you!

But I want to support this app creator. I was going to just download the Bitwarden app to use with my local-only install of Vaultwarden but then saw the data collection and privacy policy and decided to look for another app. This one is great and I haven’t caught it sending any data back to any cloud services.
Is it perfect? No. But I have faith that there will be updates and I like to support people who give their time to provide end users with real privacy… especially when the app is free.

Response from developer

Thank you for making an exception and leaving such a thoughtful review! I’m glad the app has been useful with your local Vaultwarden setup. Your support means a lot to me as an independent developer. I’ll keep working to improve the app, with privacy remaining a priority. If you run into any issues or have suggestions, I’d love to hear them. Thanks again for your encouragement!

Good, active development

Works great, see the dev is actively fixing and adding features. I would like to see a duplicate removal process. Something like maybe enpass has where it groups the duplicates to make it easy to remove them. Also the auto fill in seems to pop up twice. Once on the keyboard and you select it and then it opens the app and you have to select the login again before it autofills in.

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback and support! I’ll look into adding duplicate management and improving the autofill flow so you don’t have to select your login twice. I’ve added both to GitHub Issues to track them.

One little thing is missing

is the ability to set a pin code (not the system one)

Response from developer

Thanks for the feedback! An option to set a separate PIN for the app is a helpful suggestion. We’ll consider it for a future update. We’re glad you’re enjoying the app!

Thank you!

Thanks for creating this app. It works well and has no bloat. Just the right features.

Response from developer

Thank you for the kind words! I’m glad the app works well for you. Keeping it simple and focused is exactly what I’m aiming for.
