I AM SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW so i recently got this camera when i was making my account it said "please check wifi connection" I WAS CONNECTED TO WIFI and i saw another review saying that it was discontinued or they are gonna make a new release but i am beyond frustrated right now

Vava app is dead. I own 8 cameras that are now paper weights.
The app does not work. The Vava cameras do not work without the app. If anyone knows of a app we can use with these cameras please post it. If you know how to pair them to the base and get them to just record on the base please post that.

Since end of 2023 the no longer works. Not able to login, not able create new accounts, nothing. Seems the backend is no longer reachable.

What a joke
The app for my VAVA cams has been down for two months now. This means I have no way to view anything. Two months ago I was told they were having problems with their app. After waiting 60 day I emailed back and was told that my 12 month warranty is over. In short, this company is a complete JOKE and I am stuck with 3 camera and no app to view anything. The customer lack of service department is run by idiots. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VAVA AGAIN. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
