:Very useful — one suggestion
I’ve been using this app on and off for about a year and recently started using it more consistently. It’s well-designed and reliable. The only thing I’d love to see in a future update is a dark mode option. My eyes would thank you. Otherwise keep up the good work, devs.
Great
Does what I need. Would be nice if you could export to PDF but otherwise no complaints.
Great for co-parenting
My ex and I share custody and we’ve had mix-ups about which appointments happened on whose week. Now I log every dose in VaxIQ right after the visit. No more texting back and forth asking “did he get the second Hep B or not.” It’s just there.
Finally an easy way to save and search vaccine inserts
This app is amazing. This is the kind of app I wish we had earlier with my younger nieces. If you’re a parent trying to make sense of vaccine schedules, official inserts and ingredients, this is genuinely helpful. It is all sourced and trustworthy. I always recommend it to other parents.
Good for Grandkids
Helps me understand what shots my grandkids are getting.
Finally replaced my spreadsheet
I had a Google Sheet where I tracked every shot for all three of my kids. Dates, lot numbers, which kid got what…it was a mess and I still forgot things. VaxIQ let me set up a profile for each child and just log doses as we go. The reminders actually work. I got a notification a week before my youngest’s next window opened and scheduled the appointment that same day. Deleted the spreadsheet.

Love it
Works great
Great all-in-one vaccine reference
Really useful app if you want vaccine information in one place without digging through a bunch of different websites. I like that it brings together FDA inserts, CDC/AAP schedules, and even VAERS data in a way that’s actually easy to browse. The layout is clean, the information feels organized, and it’s helpful to have everything centralized instead of bouncing between sources. Definitely a solid resource for parents who want quick access to official info.

Perfect for all parents
As a first time parent, I found VaxIQ to be very helpful and informative. I spent hours trying to research vaccine information and inform myself and this app compiles all the information found on CDC in one place.
I also appreciate how I can generate a vaccine timeline schedule for my child based on their age. Now that I have this app, I feel way more confident about the health decisions I make for my child!

Wish I’d had this for my first kid
With my first daughter I kept a folder of printouts from the pediatrician and still managed to lose half of them. With my son I downloaded VaxIQ right after his two-month visit. I enter each dose after the appointment, set the reminders, and that’s it. No binder. No “wait, did she already get that one?” conversations with my husband. It just works.

5⭐️App better sourced than anything
Better sourced than anything I’ve found from hours of searching. Everything traces back to the FDA or CDC directly. Not sure why this doesn’t have more downloads.
No account no data collected
Everything stays on ur phone. No sign up no email nothing sent anywhere. Checked the privacy label and it says Data Not Collected. Thats rare these days lol. More apps should work like this
The insert search alone is worth it
im the kind of person who reads the actual package insert before my kid gets a shot. tracking those down used to mean digging through the FDA website downloading PDFs and losing them in my files. this app lets me search inserts by vaccine name and save them offline. i can tap any ingredient and copy it if i want to look it up on my own. exactly what i wanted

Helped my understand VAERS data
OK so I’d tried looking at VAERS data on my own before and it was OVERWHELMING. Just giant CSV files and zero context. VaxIQ has a whole section where you can filter reports by vaccine, age group, date range, seriousness, onset interval. Shows you visual breakdowns so you can actually see patterns instead of scrolling a spreadsheet forever. Still raw public data but the filters make it usable for a normal person. Game changer for me personally.

This is the real deal
I work in a school and parents ask me vaccine questions I can’t answer. I started keeping this on my phone so I can at least point them to the actual insert instead of guessing.
Great app
Really well built. Would give 6 stars if I could. The ingredient labels like plant-derived, animal-derived, bioengineered make the inserts actually readable instead of a wall of chemical names.
