VaxxTrack is your private personal diary for vaccination information you choose to record. No VaxxTrack account is required. No iCloud account is required. Your diary works locally on your iPhone, and the developer does not collect, receive or have access to your entries. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your records are stored on your device • No advertising, analytics or tracking • No developer-operated server • Reminders are local notifications generated on your iPhone • If iCloud is enabled on your device, records can synchronize through your own private iCloud account • Export, copy or delete your information whenever you choose YOUR DIARY, YOUR WORDS Record vaccine names and dose dates, then choose the status that matches your own documents. VaxxTrack does not calculate or verify a medical status. Organize entries into travel, routine adult, childhood or immunity, and older-adult sections for a clear personal overview. PERSONAL REMINDERS Create a diary reminder for a future date. If you enable a notification, it is scheduled locally on your device—no reminder information is sent to a VaxxTrack server. PORTABLE AND UNDER YOUR CONTROL Import VaxxTrack JSON from Files, a URL you provide or pasted text. Export or copy your vaccination diary whenever you want, and erase local and iCloud data from within the app. OPTIONAL RECORD-COMPLETENESS REFERENCE The Check tab can show selected vaccines from a general reference list that are not currently represented in your diary. It is provided only to help you notice possible gaps in your own records. It does not determine what you need or whether you are eligible for a vaccine.
