Not User friendly
We did not receive an appropriate response from the support team or through the in-app support options. During chat conversations, the keyboard consistently overlaps the screen, making it difficult to use, and the app frequently hangs. Additionally, there is no option to reset the entered details or delete an already saved Kundali.

AI Astrology Hidden AI bots — Dangerous for big decisions.
When consulting there were several mistakes made, which indicates that it is AI. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that they only connect you to astrologers when absolutely necessary. The parameter for what that necessity is needs to be displayed upfront and it also needs to be advertised upfront. In my experience, this app is for beginners and not for questions that may shift your life. After consulting with an astrologer that I could actually see and know that is real, I was advised against some of the AI recommendations. I only recommend for very basic general questions.

Good App for Spiritual Guidance.
I installed the app to seek direction and seek myself through astrology during a tenacious time. I was guided with diligence. And had so many questions to which I received answers. I hope the developers can come with great plans at reduced cost for regular customers and that could enhance the app and also give many people the kind of clarity during difficult times without wearing them out cost. I did receive consideration from the support team, they respond immediately on certain concerns and that is what the end user/customers need. Thank you Team.

Best UI design
The first part that stands out is how clean it is, with perfect amount of colours. Secondly, it is very detailed in terms of Dasha periods and stuff. Even the Vedic astrologers are 10/10 when it comes to explaining and guiding you.

This app doesn’t even have my country Bangladesh. Then how am I supposed to use this app.
