Worst VC news app ever
Extremely poor service! I renewed my annual subscription on Dec 22nd and their app still gives me renew prompts and CTAs, blocking the premium section. Their customer support is notoriously bad, they suggest perfunctory fixes like reinstalling app or logging out and logging in. You would expect a better customer experience after paying over 5k for an annual subscription but VCCircle team just doesnt care enough about neither their customers nor the customer experience they offer. I’m never renewing it. Save your money and dont buy their subscription.

Fraudulent App.
I’ve been Unable to access my paid subscription since Mar-2023 due to a bug in their website/App. No contact number on their website or App. Contact us form is dysfunctional. Will be taking them to consumer court.
Fraudulent app warning !
I paid the yearly subscription and it erroneously says within hours of making an online payment that I have to renew my subscription. I not only called the help desks at both HT and the VCC circle offices sent umpteen emails. After nearly two months thay have not renewed my subscription. Cheats and Unprofessional. A company where even managers lack ownership and accountability.
