Must be out of their minds

I opened the app thinking I’d study for my cert—not refinance my house. Who priced this, a Bond villain? For this much money, it should come with a personal tutor and a catered lunch. There are better, cheaper, and even free options out there. Hard no.

Way over priced

$90 a month are you kidding me. Last time I used this it was $14. I would have willing to pay $20 max.

Extremely Overpriced for Exam Preparation

I was initially drawn to the VCE Simulator due to its promising features for exam preparation. However, the recent price hike to $89 per month is absolutely outrageous. This steep cost makes it inaccessible for many students who need a reliable tool to prepare for their exams. While the software itself is decent, the exorbitant price tag simply isn't justifiable. I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they drastically reduce their pricing. Look elsewhere for more affordable and effective study resources.

Excessively expensive

I had been using this simulator in the past, but over the years the prices have got to an unreasonable level.
The app is a simple reader software of the answers dumps found free on the web from community or collections sites.
This company not only charges crazy prices but also you can’t purchase for a month only.
If you want to take an exam and take a break until the next one, it’s a complete waste of money.
In my opinion they would be making more money if they gave people the opportunity to buy cheaper subscriptions as more people would use it.
It’s a complete monopoly, strange that no other simulators are available.
There is lots of other free material on the web for exam simulation, so avoid wasting your money on this app.

They charge ridiculous prices

They basically monopolised the market and their pricing plans are extremely high, it’s not worth it

It is expensive but it worth it

Yes it is extremely expensive… but the impact that it can make in my job is a lot! And because of the monopoly of exam-lab we actually been forced to use it! So yes I have complains but there is no other option sadly!

Why are you so expensive don’t flatter your self

Good Karma comes to those that do good and bad karma comes to those that are greedy. Don’t worry you may have the upper hand of charging higher prices and bragging about it.

it because of people like that this is so greedy and selfish. I hoping other people don’t fall into the same trap. There is different costs for Windows and different costs for using it on a mobile.

I get it you spend time developing the software.
But to charge $500 are you out of your mind.

Price to value is extremely high. This costs more than double what it should cost. There are plenty of free and much lower cost alternatives online.

Beware!

Once you purchase a subscription, it is nearly impossible to get out of it! There is NO cancel option in the app! There is NO phone number! There is only a messaging option of which you will be ignored! Poorly designed app, with EXTREMELY poor customer service! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Care to explain why the “majority of users” find the app to be an extremely bad value based on your reviews? This vast majority should provide reviews to counter that 1-Star rating.

Does not work well and hard to cancel!

This app did not function all that well and now that I’m trying to cancel every option I try just hangs up and won’t load. Tried to send a message through the app to support and it just froze. Do not charge me again for this overpriced broken app!
