What's New in VCFCard

1.0.1

June 12, 2026

This update improves how the app detects duplicate contacts and fixes an issue reported by users. Improved duplicate detection - Contacts are now flagged as duplicates only when they share the same email address or the same phone number. A similar or even identical name on its own is no longer enough to mark contacts as duplicates. - This fixes a problem where unrelated contacts that happened to share part of a name — for example several different "... Technical Support" or "... Customer Support" entries — were incorrectly grouped together and suggested for merging. - Phone number matching is now more reliable. The same number written in different formats, or with and without a country code, is correctly recognized as one number. Thank you for taking the time to send feedback. It directly shaped this release, and we read every message.
