Lags very often
Recently this application has been horrible across 4 different devices. It’s slow, there’s issues with logging in. Yes the devices are updated. This app needs to be updated.
Doesn’t work with IPhone 16
Gives me an error that the URL doesn’t exist every time I try to open the app and directs me to a website. It has been giving me the same error since last year.
Freezes
Screens don’t load under cellular data. Only under WiFi!
Buggy and broken
I unfortunately got “tricked” into purchasing vcita when we started our small business. From day 1, we have had issues. The functions they say they have might work great if they ever worked consistently. I feel we spend more time with trying to track down why something isn’t working this week than we do using the actual software. You are better off donating any money you would spend with vcita software and doing with by hand with a notebook, plus probably would have less errors if you did on paper.

If zero was an option that is what it would receive
The software sometimes works sometimes it doesn’t . It’s slow. Its settings and functions are not user friendly.
A joke of a company at best
We had the unfortunate experience of being “tricked ” into thinking vcita was a good software. We have been using for last 5 years. In that five years, we have had non-stop issues including Vcita losing 2 entire years or over 20,000 patient records. How does a HIPPA software lose two full year of all patient records. They then asked if we could have someone rescan and label all 20,000 records? Seriously. Vcita is incredibly buggy with most features seldom working. If there is any positive, it customer support will usually respond, after 1-2 weeks, so do not ever expect any support. I would avoid.

Terrible App
Logs you and doesn’t let you back in. I can’t manage my scheduling outside of the desktop bc it doesn’t let you in. Will be looking for other options for my business
Disappointment
I have been one of the earliest adopter of Vcita since 2014 and everything seemed promising. With time the company grew up, problems with security and privacy arose, customer support quality declined and pricing has skyrocketed.
As a business owner my delivery on promises made to customers are #1 priority. I have been loyal client for 10 years now and all I get is price increase every year and total silence when report issues.
The mobile app is glitchy and has poor performance, the web portal has many log in issues as well across devices.
I am using the basics as Mini CRM but considering finding another solution. Just wish there was an accountability and fulfillment of clients promises made. This is not the way to go VCITA!

Unreliably disappointing
The app is very unreliable, constantly displaying a loading icon. It requires frequent restarts. The developers should improve its functionality, especially since many of us rely on it for business purposes but are unable to use it effectively.
Randomly logs you out and locks you out
Probably the worst billing app in existence.
Unbearably slow
I absolutely hate using this app but have no choice given it’s the software we use for work. The app runs like it was developed in 2008 and never updated since. I have to force quit the app every time I want to reopen it otherwise nothing will load. Start up time is sometimes over 20 seconds before anything displaces on the screen and the interface is extremely laggy when it’s actually running. The whole thing needs to be fixed. Just awful.

Extremely glitchy
Vcita is probably the most glitchy “professional” software I have ever used. I spend more time tracking down bugs than any other software I have ever used in my 23 year career. It’s if they do it on purpose to make you frustrated. Support is responsive 75 percent of time which is pretty decent the problem is the sheet number if glitches never allows you to use the product with at least 3 open tickets with support. Very disappointing.

Best CRM for any business of any size
Ive been a Vcita CRM user for the past 5 yrs and I can’t even describe how much easier it has made the backend of my business. All my clients pay thru the CRM, so no more cashapp and Venmo. All of my important docs are stored in my CRM. I can send estimates with E-sign feature through my CRM. All clients get receipts for all of their payments through my CRM. My clients contact me through my CRM, so no more texting, FB messenger and iG DMs. I can even market to all my clients with the Marketing feature. This CRM will literally do everything that you need it to do.
And btw they offer partnership opportunities where if you have a business like I do (marketing agency) you can white-label the software and resell it to your own clients!

Needs improvement
It is so frustrating to have to close and reopen this app in order for it to work properly every time I have to use it. I love the features but I am also paying $60 a month and can’t use the mobile app properly.

A must have for small businesses
I have been using it since 2019 and I am pretty satisfied with it. The app has a few glitches but they keep improving the platform.

Slow and glitchy
The app is very slow and unresponsive. I often times have to close out of the app to get back to the dashboard because the “back” buttons don’t respond half the time. Very very annoying when you need to make quick changes to a schedule or accept payments.
