Logging bug
This application should represent the company but all is opposite. I cannot even understand why the logging issue all the time ignoring. How in 2026 this issue still exist that you cannot log in to application and use.

Постоянно зависает и вылетает. Очень неудобное приложение и нет обновлений. Значит баги не фиксят…

App is very slow taking too much time for upload documents and not quick response really need an updated version.

A serious lack of care to create a user friendly app
This truly is a horrible app. It constantly crashes, the drop down list to upload documents doesn’t even contain the main document names that every crew member receives. It never gets updated, and for a company as massive as Royal Caribbean, it’s shocking that they can’t update and have a better way of dealing with all their staff. Absolutely horrible app.
