I downloaded and I go in the app and I doesn’t even load if tried everything but it doesn’t work like heist wanna check my grades 💔
Worst app ever
Why can’t they hire someone to create a better app? This app is horrible! I despise it with every fiber of my being and dread the moment they utter the words “focus app” when giving instructions to do something such as communicate with the teacher.
Requires log in every time
Very frustrating to use, better off just using the website where the password autofill works
Terrible
This is such a difficult app to use and causes so much stress due to not being able to view teacher direct messages. I have to ask the teacher every time what they sent in person because this app will not load the messages. As of now, it will not load any message thread and kicks me off after so long of waiting for the messages to load. There are 0 notifications being sent to my phone regarding ANYTHING, causing me to manually log in every time I remember to check. I wish the school would go back to using class dojo or remind. Absolutely the worst idea to force the entire school to transition to this pointless app.

Worst app on my phone!
You can’t erase messages, if you open a receipt to screen pic for recording you can’t exit it. This app lags and often has a blank screen so you can’t readily check info. It is sad that this app is representative of our district and education. Technologically this would be like a bad beginner app. I hopeful you will read the reviews and make changes!

Doesn’t work well
The app doesn’t work 80% of the time I try to get on, it just shows a blank screen. It logs me out majority of the time so I don’t get a notification when a teacher sends me a message.
Notifications
This app lacks notifications and that is pretty inconvenient. Please provide an option to toggle notifications on or off for attendance updates- specifically, unexcused absences and tardiness for High School classes. It would also be nice to receive a notification whenever documents are attached to our kid’s portals (report cards, test results, and progress reports). I see that there’s an option to toggle on social media for the schools, but nothing shows up in the portal. Maybe the schools in my area haven’t attached their social media accounts to the portal? I’m not sure.
