The app no longer ringing when visitor presses the button…. otside is ringing but the phone is NOT ….. tested another unit that I have as a spare but same thing. IOS or Android , multiple phones same issue. Will you fix this???? Thanx

The app quit working…. Android device is OK multiple iPhones not ringing …. Other options ok. Will you fix this?

It says wrong password, but no option to change it. The restart sound is extremely loud and there is no way to change it. Won't by it again.

Device is logged in but it says there is an incorrect name or password - I can see someone rings doorbell, I get notification, but I cannot see video or talk to them

Dorrbell getting offline on smart device. Need to restart station at home and it works for while but get offline again

I can’t see the visitor I’m the app! It rings and I can unlock the door but the image is black - what can I do to improve it?

Connection to mobile
I can’t connect it with my phone door phone set H2014. I installed it according to the instructions and it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s problem with auto regulation with 2,4 and 5GHZ WiFi connection, app will need maybe update
Unable to enter username or password
Says “incorrect username or password” when I open the app but won’t allow me to enter a username or password. Frustrating! App version is 2.7.7 Can you help with this issue?

Hello, I have this app for iOS, the application loged me out and I cannot log in, even tho i know my password, it wont let me to enter my password. I tried delete the app and instal again, nothing works. Can you help me?
