Bad customer support
The app itself is pretty good, I bought the upgrade got the license number and enjoyed the features. My laptop went down and i had to get a new HD, after reinstalling everything I wasn’t able to get vectir back up, wrote to the support a few times and never anything back from them, for months. Too bad they can’t maintain

Shuts down/crashes frequently
I've been waiting forever for this exact software. So I was thrilled when I found it. I use both the desktop and iTunes formats. And I like the app for the most part because it does a decent job with the iTunes format but many of the features don't work, but the critical functions do. The desktop part of the app works well once u get use to it, although u need a large phone or tablet to be able to see anything. My problem is the app closes itself frequently. I hesitate to say crash because it doesn't affect any of the other software, the OS continues to function and u can reopen the app again and again without having to reboot.
Wrote above Sept 2016. App has stopped working altogether . It loads on PC and iPhone, but no longer able to connect.

This is cool
This is pretty cool. The mouse sensitivity is a little off, but tats fine. It took less than 10 minutes to set up, and its easy to use. But it should have a controller (like an x-box or ps4 controller) option. That's actually what i was looking for.
