Worst login I have seen
This is the absolutely worst login pain in the…. Doesn’t remember your agency. Doesn’t remember your username. This is basic login 101 and this is a failure.
Terrible app.
I don’t know what you guys decided to do with one of the recent updates, but you absolutely ruined how easy and convenient it was to check SCBA harness and back frames/bottles. For years we were able to select every single one at once, select pass, and they were done. Now we have to go through every single bottle and frame it’s just a nuisance and just flat out annoying. Please fix this.

Unable to use
Have deleted and redownloaded this app so that I can do the truck checks from my phone and have not had any success after the last update. Before that it was working perfect as it should.
Rarely works
Stopped working for me. After logging in, I get the spinning wheel of death.
Always having to login
Always having to login when using is burdensome. Recent difficulties in trying to login continues.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. CONSTANT LOGIN ISSUES. OVER AND OVER AGAIN. CAN’T LOGIN. CONTACTED SUPPORT TOLD ME TO REDOWNLOAD OLD VERSION OF IOS 26.1. THAT’S NOT A SOLUTION. MY JOB DEPENDS ON THIS APP TO WORK AND THIS IS A WORK STOP ISSUE. BAD BAD BAD. READING ALL OF THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS APP RECENT AND OLD. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THIS APP HAS A 4.1 STARS OUT OF FIVE STAR RATING. THE RATING SYSTEM IS ABSOLUTELY WONKY AND NOT CORRECT.

Needs improvement
The app is very slow and after logging in it just shows a spinning circle

Will not work on the new IOS system. Have had problems for weeks. It needs to be fixed.
New login process is lengthy and annoying
New update makes you log in twice and no matter how many times you hit “remember me” it doesn’t work and you have to relog in every time you open the app.
Editing
You can’t edit your Sta. location through the app to then do a Checkout. You gotta use a desktop only. Defeats the purpose of the app in that aspect.

Short Sessions, Keeps kicking me out
The latest update logs off users after short sessions. The app won’t let me save my user name and password. I have to type in all that stuff every time (“Remember Me” checkbox doesn’t work). My EMS squad is going to have to find a different app. 🙁
Don’t like
Vector has too many apps, too many separate pages to log into. The main site does not like to function with iPhones.
Horrible support and never works like it should.
Service for this program is almost non existent. The program constantly will not work and kicks you out or locks up. Not a user friendly app.

FIX THIS
When “View Station” is selected, it regularly produces a blank screen. This makes entering an apparatus check from your phone very difficult. App is up to date.
