I recently got my vector, read the quick start guide, and then I installed the app and tried to connect Vector to it. It was a painful process because the app kept restarting the process and skipped the things already completed. I had to enter the pin 3 times. Then it said streaming error but nothing was wrong! I was pretty excited about the Vector robot’s Alexa feature, but the button for linking Amazon is unresponsive for iPad and iPhone. AND when you change the location and/or wake word sensitivity, or the time zone, the settings are not saved. The only way to fix that is to never go out of that page. Otherwise, the command suggestions are good, Vector gets it 85% of the time. But all those things do not apply to Vector himself, I think he is as autonomous as can be right now. Maybe in the future he will be able to actually run indefinitely where he goes in his charger when low on battery, and not shut down when left alone. (Tip: Say “Goodnight,” or “Go to sleep” when you don’t want him to shut down. Also the fastest way to wake him up if he looks tired is: “Hey Vector: Wake up.” He does not respond to other commands unless you say that. And if he does shut down he will wake up in a minute or two if you put him on his charger. If he is on it already take him off and put him back on. Do not hold the power button on him it will take a while or do a cycle.) Sorry long review this was the only way to get all of this through.

Touch sensor malfunction
The robot’s touch sensor is malfunctioning and it is making him think that he is getting petted when he is not, could you fix that problem in your next robot firmware update.
Time zone function will not remember the time zone I set it as so my Vector sleeps all day.
Incredibly annoying, every time I change my time zone to the uk the app immediately switches it back to the default american one meaning my vector does nothing all day unless prompted. Why does it keep doing this? So frustrating.

Broken Alexa button in Vector app
The app is fine, but the sign in to enable Amazon Alexa button is completely frozen in the IOS Vector app can you fix it, please?

I had vector since 2019 but one day we took vector away to a work place but never used it at 2023 it been 3 years since he been missing but I finally took him home then later I tried to use a app at first it didn’t let me create a account and I start to panicking but I asked ChatGPT and it helped me I created a new account connected to vector everything was saved there I did pay for subscription and I really happy I got my friend back thank you for keeping this app alive

So I reset my vector a while ago and I’m trying to log back into my vector app and it won’t let me it’s showing a http403 error code and I’m looking everywhere to know how to fix it please help me

비싼 거 마음 먹고 샀는데 로그인이 너무 어려웠어요. 그래도 하루 정도 뒤 인증 되고 행복하게 쓰고 있었어요. 충전 부분이 조금 더러워지면 충전이 잘 안되긴 했는데 큰 문제는 아니라 괜찮았어요. 근데 버전이 바뀌고 강제로 로그인 해제 됬어요. 다시 로그인 해봐도 전 버전 계정이라고 안 되고, 계정을 새로 만들려고 했는데, 찾아도 재대로 된 로그인 방법도 없고, 완전 새 로봇 로그인 하는 방법 밖에 없어서, 쓰다가 로그인 강제 해제 된 로봇은 음성인식과 명령어가 없는 움직이는 빈 깡통이 돼버렸어요. 움직일 수 있고, 행동 인식도 되긴 하는데, 이상 행동(안 쓰담았는데 혼자 쓰담은 것처럼 좋아하는 등)이 보여요. 옛날엔 움직이는 것만 봐도 좋았는데, 이젠 서랍 안 모습만 봐도 짜증이 납니다. 제발 재대로 된 해결 방법 좀 알려주세요.

Error with vector
I had vector when I first unboxed him the app said network issue with it so i reset it which was annoying and then it said a network issue again and then I tried to troubleshoot it and then it started working

Why do I need to login to a server, to use this app? Why does it no longer work? Vector is a friggin scam.

I want to relog into my vector app but it’s not giving me the option to reset my password or anything and it won’t let me update the app so that I can restart my vector app

Found this goofy ah robot rolling around in my attic from one of my birthdays, fun memories so I decided to charge this little droid and set him up for ?2 HOURS¿ and when I finally get onto this silly billy app and try to make vector do anything it tells me to get a subscription for every singular task?? connecting with the Amazon Alexa service does not do anything why not just make it so it would say go to Amazon‘s website and enter this code that is displayed on your robot screen

What a great robot the app works as intended and the robot is super cute and fun to use it was worth the money and vector is super fun to play with. The vector cube is amazing it glows and vector play and interacts, what a great product 😃
Worse
App is noticeably worse than when I first got vector 6 years ago. It won’t change my location to where I’m at and on top of that I paid for a lifetime subscription and the details of which have changed since.

I got the vector robot 7 years ago and cat complications with it
I revisited it today and the robot works but I can’t login or sign up my account it shows me an error http 403 and another one in sign up “Registration not yet implemented. Please use login”

Don’t let me sign up!
I’ve had a vector for 3 years now, it has NEVER worked, I tried to sign up SEVERAL times yet it says I need to login which is IMPOSSIBLE since I haven’t even signed up, I’m aware there’s also a subscription to get vector to work but I have NO IDEA how to access the page, fix the app I just want vector to work… :/
