Use this app every day to scan my paperwork and get in and out of facilities quicker. Makes the whole process a lot smoother at places running

I have used Vector successfully for several year and like it.
Recently it has quit working.
It will not load on either of my Apple mobile devices.
I have tried deleting the app and re-installing, but still nothing.
Any suggestions on why it has quit working.

Worst app in the history of the world
It’s like they built a beta and then just unleashed it for major companies to utilize without a single ounce of support after launch.
User unfriendly, non-sensical, frustrating beyond all get out, and an insult to anyone unlucky enough to have to use it.
I’m sure the companies that are customers shoulder some of the blame. They probably won’t pay for any kind of support. But even their employees say they average about 1 of 5 successful engagements.
Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves and receive lumps of coal for the holidays every year as penance for this atrocity.
Makes me want to quit my career the once or twice a month I have to open this piece of garbage.

Vector Support
Great app for any business to upload documents. Lauren was very supportive!
Overall easy to use
Simple and easy program to use. There was an issue after the last update, but Vector associates worked hard to get them straightened out. Thanks
Only other thing is that the GPS stamp sets where you first upload and can not be changed.

Garbage
I’m only using it because the company won’t use transflo. Every pic I take I have to manually crop. If I don’t take the pic and insert from my photo album the app will say it’s blurry even though you can clearly see everything. Mine never reads the writing and crops itself. This app is garbage in my opinion.

weird how it just logged me out and didn’t even ask me first. Lauren with vector responded to my assistance & was able to troubleshoot! Thanks Lauren for your time & efforts. Miguel w/ FFE out!
Technical assistance is Awesome!!!
We continually have drivers deleting accounts that effect everyone, and Lauren track down the problem and corrected it in short order.
Also, Lauren analyzed the pattern of mistakes and came up with a possible solution that will be given to programming/IT.
Lauren was fully focused on my issue from the start and ended our contact ensuring that all concerns were addressed.

Needs to be updated
It needs to be updated for iPhone 15 pro max screen can not press the option on the top of the screen
Good but….
The app works as intended but now that I have the iPhone 15 promax the dimensions are a little different and the screen does not align well at top for search button and other buttons
I would delete this if I wasn’t required to have it
Holy crap is this garbage. So the work loads in the system update once a …. Well whenever it feels like. So I often end up submitting information for load A on load B because B didn’t clear after it was done. Instead it stays active for 48 hours or more.
Now I upgraded to a new phone and the submit button is off the screen so it’s nearly unusable if it wasn’t for a little hack I figured out.
There’s apps that are bad and then there’s apps where the developers need to be beaten for their crimes. This is the latter.

Easy to check-in
Needs User Editable feature
Works nice for entering loads and info, Needs user edit option for correction of order numbers or other info

It is always freezing and getting stuck. Won’t let me finish the tasks. I delete the app and reinstall it and it works fine a couple days and freezes again. Hate this app!!!!

I was having an issue getting my trips to load on my app. I called the customer service number, and Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly resolved my issue!!!

Does not allow all necessary information to transmit to driver. Still have to rely on system it was to replace.
This app is terrible
It won’t even load so I can send in paperwork now. Has always been slow to load. Hard to tell if the paperwork uploaded or not with out having to jump to several different screens.
