Misleading, Defrauding
I understand that I am not one of the few but one of many several customers having a terrible, misleading and defrauding experience with Cricut in general and overall, from the Apps to the membership charges in all of the different Cricut Apps, nothing works properly. I had cancel my subscription because it was absurd to pay to be disrespected as a costumer. Apps freeze all the time, do not work properly, doesn’t recognize your log in info, it also sends disrespectful Error Messages such as “ QUIT OPENING AND CLOSING APP” when in fact I never opened and closed app, treating customer like garbage! I have performed an investigation task with an IT TEAM and they have obtained the same results as a confirmation of my situation, everything has been documented and moving forward to the corresponding action. It’s unfortunate that a Company like Cricut has done nothing to fix this situation since this hasn’t started recently but a while back.

It was advertised as a 3-day free trial, but I was charged immediately upon purchasing it. This is not what I wanted. How can I get a refund? I don't want to subscribe.

In the free version you can download the first two SVGs from each category that's enough for app exploring. If you want refund you have you have to request iTunes support [https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084], they have the full rights of approval/rejection of refund request.

Can’t believe i paid for this! Wanted free 3 day trial to try and took payment straight away and the app is terrible, get better free stuff on line!!!
