I needed this app to work...unfortunately Nemetschek has decided this app requires two things that often aren't available or accessible in the field. First... it requires an active internet connection to your desktop VW computer which is running a server app. Second...it requires the that your mobile device and workstation be on the same network. That's great if you're doing a presentation at the same building as your computer, but useless if you are at a client's office. I don't understand why they can't just produce an iPad VW viewer app with basic markup tools. I work from several locations and need to show clients my drawings at their location...the umbilical to a desktop machine kills this app. Please NNA, make us a great no frills VW file viewer so we can present our awesome work and show off your awesome CAD product.
