Issue in Tracking

I found some issues in app. Yesterday I ran for 3 KM but app was showing 1.16KM. I was shocked to see that. Please help if I missed any function/option in the app.

Terrible, buggy app. Not sure why a virtual run would force runners to use this amateurish app and allow you to run once. This app did not recognise my profile. Then crashed after 1K and declared me as a DNF. Waste of money to have paid Airtel for this half marathon.

Amazing, this is my first Delhi half Marathon and doing it from Chennai has been awesome. The app is excellent, tracked the map and RouteExcellently well. The encouragement given at every 1K was great. I suggest that you continue to have the virtual ran year after year as we who live in other parts of the country can also participate in it.

Unable to get the Location services ON for this app.
Location and motion features
I am not able to enable Location & Motion service on app, without it I wouldn’t be able to record run. Using IPhone 11. Fix it
